Ashrit has been amazing! It is one thing to download an app and it gives you what you want, but then to get great support for customisation and extra help is fantastic! Really appreciate the solid app and great customer support.

Very handy app, to have the discount code on our cart page. Also to have the discount code customised. The customisation was done as requested and the same day I installed the app.

I was having a lot of problems with people either forgetting to put a code in for their order, or the code not working for some reason which resulted in people emailing me wanted a refund on the difference. They couldn't see if the code was working or not! So I checked into Dcode to see if that would help and so far it really has! Now they know immediately how much of a discount they will receive. I love it!

The app is awesome and I suggest every store owner to use this app especially if you frequently use discount code as generally all customers prefer to have discount code option in the shopping cart itself. The support team is not active. I need help to configure the app on my store so I'm with the live chat support team from the last 4-5 hours and getting each response after 12 hours. I would say to focus on customer service.

Very useful app. Haven't found anything else that does exactly what it does. Loading speed for the discount bar was an issue but the developer offered to do a free installation straight into the theme and now it works perfectly. Impressed by both product and service.

This app fixes an issue that really shouldn't have been a problem. Don't know why Shopify would hide the discount code (when using a mobile device) under a summary that does not look like there is even a drop down menu. Anyway this app makes the discount code much more prominent and the customer sewrvice is second to none. Thank you so much.

Bad support, trying to uninstall, they will not respond. This seems to have messed up the cart on our site. Be careful if installing.

Support needs significant improvement. I've been chasing, but they just don't get back to you! They send automated emails, but never actually answer your questions or requests. When the support guys DID eventually get back, they made the app live on our store with a bug that affected checkout, even after I specifically said: "Do NOT to make the app live unless the bug is fixed". Well, the bug is still not fixed, support just enabled the app anyway, and now they won't respond, this is the 3rd time I've tried to get this app to work, it works perfectly on another store, and without the bugs, it can do the job, but without the right support, it's useless. Really disappointing.

I am using the app to show the discount code on mobiles. Some of them display it a bit later down the checkout process so it may be to some extent confusing. The app places it wherever needed. Works great and hassle free. The support team got back to me in no time. Every time. Keep up the good work there!

The support team got back to me in seconds! They were able to do all the coding and really tailored the style of the box to fit my stores theme. I would recommend this if you are selling to older audiences because they can have trouble finding the discount code box and that can decrease conversions.
