Gives us the ability to automate and export the exact data we need to optimize our business! Definitely a time-saver. Customer support is amazing as well.

I must say, the app can be a bit confusing if you're trying to do anything complex but where this app truly shines is its Customer Support. I chatted with David for probably an hour explaining my reporting needs, about my business and how we want to use the reports and he was amazing. He quickly responded to all my inquires and was already able to make report examples that I could modify with his assistance. Truly spectacular service and I can't wait to do all my reporting with this app. Thank you all!

I used this app to help generate custom reports so that I can enter in the sales from my store in a timely manner. I was able to get the reports I needed within minutes! The people were great to work with! Highly recommend!

GREAT service! I was having a hard time creating a report that I needed for inventory/cost tracking and John was very helpful. They're incredibly responsive via chat and followed up via email with the report that I needed as promised. I had additional questions about the report that was emailed and David was able to verify the work that John had done as per my needs.

The report writer is easy to use. It pulls data from all fields in Shopify which is really nice. The support is exceptional which is important when you have so many report options to choose from.

The support for this App is top-notch. They are very responsive to questions and aim to help you accomplish your goals quickly and efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to run a custom report.

Unbelievable functionality, incredible customer support. Was trying to find a report that would tell me what I've spend on shipping labels for each shipment so I could pass along that information to a shipping provider to compare rates. Great app so far! Immediately upon download I was contact via chat by Reuben and he helped me create the exact report I needed for my tax report immediately! App definitely recommended.

First of all a shout out to David & John who stuck with me even though I was ready to give up. I now have my report done by Product Title & Collection! something Shopify couldn't do on it's own!. Great experience so far, customer service has helped with all questions I have. App is a bit difficult to understand, customer service is needed to figure it out.

Great app. We use it to output price lists to an FTP. As well as some internal reporting. Support has been fantastic.

In 2017, we installed this app on another store and we were really satisfied with the support. Due to the past experience with them, we decided to install them again and they never disappoint us!! The support is responsive and helpful as always. If you are someone who don't have time to create the report from scratch or have no knowledge about it, you can tell them about your requirements and they will be really helpful with it!
