Very good support. I needed a report that listed product title, sku, quantity sold and quantity in stock right now for the last 2 months. the app support person set that up for me and it's exactly what i need so we can see if we are out of stock some popular product.

Before we even purchased they created reports for us to demonstrate the functionality of the program. Smart guys, supporting users before they even use the application. The output was what i needed and we're going to be supporters. Thank You!

I have been looking for a way to aggregate inventory. For example, the t-shirts we sell may have different designs printed on them, but they are the same base product for the same color and size. So I wanted to create an aggregate inventory for that purpose. After looked for this feature in many apps, I thought giving Data Export a try because rich reporting functionality and the flexibility of creating custom reports. The support staff was super helpful. After I signed up for the product, he immediately jumped in the to create the report. He spent hours with me to fine tune the report to meet my needs. This app is invaluable to our operation. I use it for multiple requirements, most importantly for our Google Shopping feed file. The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution. Yesterday I had a question for Data Export and they were able to resolve my issue in about 5 minutes! Awesome.

Shopify is so limited with the reports they can generate, DATA EXPORT REPORTS can be so in-depth and customized to get exactly the information you need. The SUPPORT team is OUTSTANDING, always helpful and going above and beyond with tweaking reports to continually help as needs grow. Definitely a worthwhile and insightful app and very easy to use!

This app can do everything about export! Even fully customized exports programmed by excellent support! Everything can be fully automated, love it.

Intuitive user interface and feature rich application. Generally the best app of its kind. Great customer support which allows for various customisations to be made to each report by the support team. Would be improved by the addition of UI controls to allow a user to include meta field values on a report by meta field key as opposed to meta field index. Generally very happy with this app.

My experience was absolutely amazing with this app and this company. As others have mentioned data can be pulled on items that Shopify doesn't provide in native reporting and it can be formatted in the manner that you desire. I am always hesitant to add apps to our platform because of the possibility of slowing down our site speed. However, this one is definitely worth that risk if it takes place. In an era of apps that have zero customer service and reliability, this one stands out from the crowd. I have truly appreciated our experience.

Excellent app for extracting data from Shopify beyond what you can normally get. Superb support by email and chat (thanks to Daniel) in working out how to understand the data plus support in building the reports I needed (orders, refunds and VAT)

Powerful exporting tool. Fairly priced. Interface is fairly advanced, but they have an extremely helpful and responsive technical support staff to guide you through. Highly recommend for any business that needs more control and access to their Shopify customer, product, and order data for analytics and external reporting.

Best way I've found to get info out of Shopify for reconciliations etc. And very helpful, quick customer service with custom reports. Great value for money.
