Not even taking into consideration the great utility this app offers, the customer service alone has always been top notch. There have been multiple times now where they have helped build/perfect a report I was wanting to create.

Great app and great customer support, drill down more than the in built Shopify report with this app.

Just installed this on a 3rd store. It's been a while since I've created an reports and the changes since then seem to have been a very positive one. It's now much easier to create custom fields yourself compared to the old version and help support is very efficient and more than happy to set up the reports for you if you don't have time/knowhow to do it your self.

Really flexible data app. Everything you could possibly need and really helpful support staff if you need any help.

This app was really easy to use and pulled all the data that I needed for my store. I recommend it. And the customer support was super helpful and fast. They just did a one-time sync to my store to ensure that everything was working well - and it was magic. Keep up the good work!

There is no better app and support on the Shopify app store. Besides, the app turns out to be able to do wonders - if you think the app won't be able to generate such a report then with the help of support it surely can.

Extremely helpful and timesaving report app with very reasonable cost! To start, I'm using it to create reports breaking out sales by country and product type by day. Antony from support quickly helped me create custom fields and generated a custom report for me.

I am on the Shopify basic plan and to bump up to their SHopify plan, its $50. I was working on sales tax and I really needed more information that on my current plan, Shopify couldn't give me. The shopify team suggested trying Data Export Reports and it was such a game changer. What especially helped was having Antony from their team help me create a report that gave me the information I needed and he was able to explain things that confused me. Honestly, this level of immediate customer service was key for a small business owner doing sales tax on her own. Highly recommend!

The app is really straight forward and the support is amazing. I needed some extra custom fields in the export wich were created by another add on. They helped me to merge this with the native fields export. Big help.

Awesome app and awesome support! This app has a LOT of functionality and allows for you to get data out of shopify not available through their normal reporting.

Excellent support feature via chat! Really quick response times. This app is worth paying for and worth putting in the time to learn.

I use this app to send sales reports to a few vendors that require it to be completed this way. They are always available to help. They took the time to set up the report and are always there to answer any questions. Very helpful.

We have been looking for a method to encapsulate annual sales data, with returns, taxes, COGS all included in a report for ever. Finally, we found something that does that, and a ton more. Data export will generate deep reports if you have the chops to dig deep. Great app and well worth the effort!!

Shopify reporting is ok but this app takes it to the next level. Even better than the app is the support which is 24x7! They go out of their way to help or tweak a report to meet your needs. Could not survive without it. It is well worth the money..

I used this app to generate a report where I could see how many of each product sold over the year and for how much - including discounts and different sales. Amazing customer support - super quick and willing to help with whatever data you're looking to generate. Excellent experience.
