Great customer service and the APP itself functions flawlessly with the Shopify integrations. I was able to cut my time in half having to manage a bunch of collection export/import tasks to my IMS.

Been using it for the past 6 months. It gives us the amount of depth we are looking for in order to create custom reports. Additionally, their support is world class; whenever theres is a report we can't create, we explain them through chat what we want and they create it for use. This tools has been INVALUABLE for us in order to anaylze data and make business decisions based on it.

Absolutely incredible service. The team are so helpful. I will be using this for a very long time! The reports they created me SO fast were perfect. UPDATE - Used them again a few months later. They're so quick and helpful, I love that you get connected to a real person who knows what they're doing. I had to create some tricky reports and they did so easily and quickly for me.

Within minutes of downloading the app we were chatting with a tech that customized a sales report that we were unable to obtain via shopify for our multiple platforms. We make each item to order and were needing to see which products were performing the least including those that populated no sales at all. As shopify analytics reports only showed sales this app provided immediate assistance and success to see all products performance starting from zero. Even more exciting they cloned the export across our other channels for ease of review on all platforms. Thank you!

Great support and customer service!

Tec support has been amazing! They helped me get my custom report set up and tweaked after I found some things that were not working quite right. They even created extra custom reports as a work around for my issue. They were very responsive via chat and got a screenshare set up for next day when my issue could not be resolved via chat. This app is a gem and the support is very quick and helpful. So far, we have not encountered anything we could not acccomplish.

It does everything I've needed it to so far and customer service for custom reports has been quick and ready all 3 times I've needed them so far.

Great app! Coming from a SQL background, I would say this app is pretty robust for the price. You can aggregate data pretty easily once you figure out how it works. Customer service is great if you need them to do something for you over chat. Highly recommend! Would be nice to have some charting and other formatting, but you can always do that in excel after exporting. In terms of getting the right data from Shopify, its spot on.

This is is EXACTLY what every store needs! It provides so much data and we are able to modify the automated reports (via email or FTP) and have them scheduled to send whenever we want. I dont think I will use any other reporting app out there! This solves all my reporting problems & the support team is VERY attentive/responsive to my requests!

Great app for retail stores. Have been able to create all necessary reports that are not available in Shopify. As a store with a high proportion of Sale or Return stock this is critical. I have now set up and scheduled over 100 reports to run each month on my behalf which is going to save so much time and heartache. The technical support has been so helpful and efficient. So far can't fault this app or the team.
