This app does just what we need. We find it very flexible and easy to use. I should also mention that we had to contact the developer with an issue, and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem for us.

I started using this app because I was having trouble using other apps that were not displaying the "collection sales" and profit figures correctly. During the implementation, the support team was able to correctly identify the cause of the problem and remedy it. The screen is very easy to read and simple. I would definitely recommend it!!

Data Export is very easy to use with our business and their chat support team are always very helpful with any troubleshooting, responding in a very timely manner. Would absolutely endorse for anyone looking for a data analysis service.

The app and the reports I can build is so helpful. For the first time I reached out to customer service and within a few minutes I've got the report I needed. I can highly recommend it since Shopify don't provide detailed reports If you have multiple POS location and online delivery shops.

I use data to drive decisions, but there are so many decisions to make that I need data in all sorts of formats, with all sorts of calcs. I need what if scenarios. I need variable lead times. I need bespoke bespoke bespoke and I want it all now. I ask a thousand questions. Everytime I finish a mini project and use the help desk, I think WOW - Just WOW! No wonder these guys only get 5 star reviews.

We have only been using this app for a few weeks but already I am blown away by the level of customer service provided. It's so nice to be able to talk to real people and not be met with bot responses scraped by ChatGPT. Our orders come with a lot of additional order details collected by third-party apps and the team at Data Export IO have been amazing in finding the correct data fields and making up custom columns to export the data, so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day. Just an incredible product and a support team who went above and beyond to help me find solutions to my problem. The first support issue was solved within a few minutes, with great explanations and solutions. Second went above and beyond too. Sorting and filtering features are easy & straightforward to use and very simple to get started with. Would recommend it to anyone who wishes to use this app.

The team at Data Export have created a brilliant App - it does all the higher level reporting that we really needed and has simplified so many processes for our business. Added to that - the support is amazing - so quick and helpful generating custom reports for us. Yet to find something they cannot assist with! UPDATED TO ADD: Still using Data Export and they are still so responsive and helpful building custom reports! Also always available to assist very quickly. A great app.. trouble free with excellent support.
