Great app with many features! The support team is very quick when answering and shows great solutions. Probably the app with the quickest support team. With all my many questions, they were always able to help me find the best solutions. Only the loading time for a report could be quicker. But all in all, great app with a great support team!

Great UI and their team is always quick to respond and take action to all my inquiries and feedback. I sent them a msg but was unable to finish so I just said I'd return to provide more info but regardless of that, they followed and still did their best to try and figure out what I needed.

Vandana from the zendesk is the ultimate consumer service representative. It is very evident that she is very knowledgeable of the program. She responded to the types of reports and wanted without any hesitation. I am going to subscribe mostly in part of the service I received, not to take away from this outstanding and well welcomed store management application, but I was absolutely please with the support I received from the zendesk. .

My favourite app, saves mundane tasks of merging boring data into very usable sheets. also has great pre-made sheets that are helpful. if you need help I have found them very helpful, I spoke to Nirmana who was great! It could benefit from being to get more data from Shopify like, seperate warehouse inventory numbers, also getting committed (ordered) qty from Shopify would be very helpful. even still, this app deserves 5 stars everyday!

You can customize your order form excel form with great detail and ease. If there are any difficulties, supporters are quick and accurate to resolve problems. The app is reasonably priced, functional and easy to use, and the support team is quick, friendly, accurate and genius. I recommend this app. This app saved me!!

This app helps to filter all my products and the customer service is excellent.

I got Data Export in order to expedite our calculations on products that need royalties and other reports made for calculations. The support team is really great and fast to answer any questions we had! Looking forward to continuing to use the app.

Easy to use with good customer service and custom reporting.

The platform has some quirks but customer service is very helpful with making the reports you need. I have worked with them over email and chat and they are very responsive.

Data export app has been so helpful to our company! Automating and scheduling reports has been a game-changer for us and customer service is always quick to help out and build customizations that we need. We are really enjoying this app for generating reports. It has all the customization functions we need and found were missing in the default Shopify Reports. Customer service is also fantastic. We have used this app for a couple of years now, it saves time for us and is very accurate. If we are struggling to get exactly what we need the human support is absolutely great at solving everything.
