Data Export is the best app on the Shopify app store to view detailed reports. I'm always using it to view UTM data to help optimize my campaigns. Detailed transaction reports to easily investigate and submit evidence for chargebacks. And even using a simple report to show me which orders were refunded during a certain period. You'd think these would be available on Shopify, but they're not. If you're not using this app, you're wasting valuable time sifting through Shopify's reports which are not the greatest.

I greatly appreciate Data Export and their help with my reports.

Fantastic app! It gives you access to every single field you have in Shopify. Even better? Their staff are amazing! Madhu fixed my report quickly and saved me who knows how many hours of time. The product filled a major gap we had in our Shopify Data. As a growing ecommerce brand having access to extended data is vital. I've used support and they've been amazing, creating a report for me when I couldn't get it correct. 5/5 recommend them to everyone!

Literally the best app, we are using it for our reports and our reports literally couldn't look any better, the support is the best they really know what they are doing and can even apply any change u may want on spot! Overall great app!

Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less. In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.

It's customer service is so good if you need them to do something for you over chat. Great app! SQL background is easy to create report. Easy aggregate data once you figure out how it works. Highly recommend!

The Data Export's service is professional, fast and kind! I just asked for technical support, and in less than 10 minutes, problem solved perfectly. All the data source and report is running now.

Awesome app, and great customer service by Sree. You can customize alot of data for your reports and export it into CSV Excel or PDF. I use this to make sure to stay on top of inventory and sales tracking.

This app can really be customized and the staff is eager to help you. I needed a report to notify me of low stock items "by Vendor" and "only if they are below the threshold I set in the variant metafield". They set is up for me in a jiffy!

This App needs a 5 star review based on its customer support alone. Its honestly incredible. Any stupid question by myself is replied to promptly and then they will patiently stay on the chat with me until I'm able to build the report or gather I data I need. Excellent.

This application helped us find and aggregate data that is not readily available using Shopify's reporting tools. Also, the customer support team is diligent, competent and kind. When we had an issue regarding data involving orders that underwent a change in currency, the support team investigated the issue and got back to us promptly with a thorough explanation of the situation. I've only just started using the app but the support is incredible. The live chat is instantly available and customer service team are extremely helpful. The agent on live chat, Sree, was able to generate custom reports for me in minutes. The UI is very good - there is a lot to understand at first but I'm starting to get used to it with the help of the support from live chat.
