Tiene tantas opciones que no te la acabas, pero a la vez, crear un diseño y un producto nuevo es realmente sencillo cuando le pillas el truco. Además perfectamente conectada con los principales proveedores de print on demand para automatizar todo el proceso si es lo que necesitas. Como colofón, un servicio de soporte y de atención rápido y supereficaz. Si hubiese 10 estrellas se las pondría.

We've been using Customily for a few months now. While it definitely takes some time to learn how it works, it is a powerful app and the support is phenomenal. We will continue using the app and learning more about it, we are overall very happy with it. The only downside may be that the usage fees are a little high, probably only for countries with weak currencies though. Other than that, thanks to the team for proving such great support!

They haven't updated to the new Printful API token after months.. Edit: They have since corrected this.

I had a lot of problems with customization and I was very frustrated because it didn't work correctly and my trial of 9 days ended so I had to hurry up to do everything and launch the shop, but the app owner contacted me, scheduled a call to teach me everything, refunded me the costs and even added one month free so I can set everything up and start my business. I am very satisfied with their customer support as I really think they care about their customers. I hope the app will serve my business well in the future. Thank you!

UPDATE: I've been rocking with CUSTOMILY now for months and many of the issues in my original review have been fixed. They have taken action on all my concerns from the original review. Here is what's been done since my review: Alignment tools have been added, Undo has been added, they've updated the option preview images to automatically crop saving me a ton of time, they've recently introduced layouts which will make my life so much easier. I am going to leave my original review below so you can see what my issues were originally before the improvements. ****Original Review Below**** I was so excited to find this app. I thought it would truly be the answer to my personalized prayers. They are on the right track but have major room for improvement. Here are the I've experienced to date: 1. Incorrect Production Files (not the options customer chose) 2. No undo button when setting up templates. You mess up you just have to start over. 3. No alignment tools in the template builder. 4. Adding new items to libraries already in use is a nightmare. I added a new hair option and I still haven't recovered from the massive mess it has made of my options. 5. Bugs galore hints the issues I'm having with the production files and libraries. 6. My last few tickets have been left unresolved. One ticket they sent me a messaging saying they were closing it cause they hadn't heard from me in 4 days but I was waiting on them to resolve the issue that I had written in about. Like I said they are on the right track but they are not there yet. I'm going to give them a little more time to make this right before I look for a less buggy app. I forgot to add the fact that there are usage fees. In and of itself it isn't bad but when the app is producing incorrect files and charging you for each one THAT is a BIG problem. I'm losing money, customer confidence its just plain bad business.

Seriously, the best customer service I've ever encountered!! We've been searching for months to find the right personalization app and this is by far the most user-friendly. Customily reached out right after we downloaded it to help us with setting up templates and more. Jose went above and beyond helping us set up our store front for customers to personalize our bags. I would honestly consider us friends at this point. He emails back right away and is always there when I need it. PLUS Customily has a really great YouTube channel if you get stuck. So far we love the app and would recommend :)

I used this app to provide some pretty advanced personalization for some POD products. I found the Customily team to be incredibly patient and helpful as I learned the platform. They appear to have an aggressive feature roadmap as well. Just in the last month or two they've released some features that are incredibly helpful when producing large amounts of templates or fine-tuning the outputs. I highly recommend you try them out.

Customily is perfect for our customers to design in real time, know what they are getting, and increase our production efficiencies. And the best part is their continuous improvements and new features- excited for what's to come!

I like how this app functions; overall, it is well-designed. It might be one of the better apps out there for personalization, however, there are so many bugs with this app, and it constantly goes down, which results in a lot of lag and often causes the personalization options to not even show up on my website. On top of that, I have messaged them about a bug (it adds a huge gap on my slider when a user is flipping between different variants) and after 2 weeks they still haven't resolved the issue. Maybe give them a year or two and they'll actually come up with a polished product, but for now, it's too expensive and not worth it.

Best services in this niche. Powerful tool. Responsive customer support. If you're looking for user-friendly customisation software - Customily is the best choice.

If you need a customizable product, I can't recommend anything better than Customily. Not just because of the set of features they provide, moreover their support, that is so critical with a tool like that.
