Decided to re-brand my store and allow customers to design their own shirt or use my provided designs at an Affordable Price. I searched high and low and came across Custom Product Designer. From install to configuration the APP was smooth and simple to use. They also have provided A+ customer support. There were some issues that needed resolved and Jay provided timely and fast support. Strong editor, focused mostly on multi-object placement that includes user-driven manipulation of text, stickers, colors, etc. I recommend this for those of us wanting to provide maximum design freedom to the customer while maintaining control of what the customer is capable of doing. The customer-facing UI feels like a typical simplified graphic editor similar to Pixelmator but stripped down to whatever options you choose for the user to have, and this is perfect for layered designs that customers want to make on-screen. There are no bounding boxes or static text fields, so all custom text will be placed by the user during customization as well as any uploaded or preset art you've got for them. Text objects must be created by the user independent of your preset. Since this one didn't quite suit my needs at the moment, I'll be trying something else, but there is a real advantage here to a few of the features I've seen here: - Vectorized exports (assuming it does not include the background) - Instant support - Stencil & art collection organization - Quick loading Suggestions: - Implement bounding boxes to limit appropriate object locations - Create a static text object driven by user text input that fits within a defined bounding box - Background removal for uploaded art - Remove 700x1000 aspect ratio limit on masks - Allow for the addition of help tags in the customer UI Thank you for your detailed and insightful 5-star review! 🌟 We're delighted that you found the editor powerful and well-suited for providing design freedom while maintaining control over customization options.
