I install the application and set chat button but for now it didn't work and i don't know why. Please solve the problem

This is a very useful app and I have been looking for this solution for a while. However a couple of pointers that could make the app a lot better: 1. Have a longer list of abandoned checkouts (10 per page is too less- it should be at least 30 preferably 50) 2. Have an option to 'clean' the phone number- some customers add spaces or country code (when it is default) making their correct number incorrect. In such cases, the app fails to recognize or clean the number and shows it as an incorrect number 3. Make "{customer_first_name}" an available variable as it is much better to address customers with their first name rather than full name 4. It would be super great if you can include product name variable as an available variable in the auto message.

This app is helpful. Haven't really seen much difference in sales. Given some time maybe more will come

I am giving 5 stars for their support for now, as I just had it installed with a help of their support team. I wasn’t able to do it my self so I made staff account for them and they did everything, so nice!! we are using the free version of this app. it is really useful and works very well. Support from the developers is best. Their engineers are available on chat and they provided the initial set up by giving them staff account on the site for whatsapp share button and whatsapp chat! . Great App! Great Service!

Intentions are good, reaction speed is high :-) But clearly needs improvements, reduces our page speed with 2 seconds (!), we cannot afford to use this app for this reason unfortunately... But it might work for others though.
