The app has the possibility to have analysis and marketing cookies turned off by the user. especially in certain countries this can be necessary and useful because of data protection. In addition, the support team answers all questions quickly and competently. Thank you very much at this point. I can recommend this app.

This is a set and forget app which is really important. Works well, great customer contact and the price is fantastic.

I used this App because GDPR is a serious subject! We have to build trust with our customers and this help a lot by giving the CHOICE (which is now mandatory for some countries in Europe) to our customer about WHICH COOKIES they accept or not, and not only inform them that there is cookies on the site. So great for this preference pane. Thank you!

The app was installed very easily. Only thing that I had an issue with was seeing the bar appear on my website. This was easily fixed by the support team who instructed me to view my page "incognito".

I've been using Shopify for almost a decade and I've seen apps and app companies come and go. I use this app because after testing all the others this is the best one for me. If an app does what I need it to do, doesn't look tacky, and the company has good customer support, that’s everything you need.

After some research this seemed to be the best app for GDPR compliance. Installation was easy, explanations good. (We still have to see how it performs when our store is live.

We tried multiple GDPR cookie apps before finding this gem. Unlike the other apps which either offered zero support or weren't entirely GDPR compliant, this app does both! Before I could even reach out to them about moving the cookie bar for better placement, they reached out to us, and had it resolved within a couple minutes of the request! Likewise, compared to all the other GDPR apps we tried and saw, this is one of the few that actually conforms to regulations by offering the customer the ability to configure their cookies! Most GDPR apps just give the customer the option to accept, with a link to their privacy policy-- but in reality, they should be offering them a custom cookie experience. Thank you for such a wonderful app and outstanding support! 100% recommended!

Excellent app which will help with being compliant with GDPR. I particularly like the fact you can see how many Policy Acceptances have occurred.

I'm really happy with both this app and their support. None of the other GDPR apps I've come across seem to meet the actual requirements of GDPR which require consent from the visitor before collecting or processing any data from them (which includes Google Analytics). This app lets me properly suppress visitor tracking unless/until the visitor provides consent. Support has been amazing as well, with quick, friendly responses and a willingness to make their app even better at every turn. Five stars!

That app works fantastic and the support is super fast ... love it. They added the ip-adress (which is saved if someone is actually accepting the cookies) so for future questions you are 100% save which customer accepted

The only app that actually complies with the GDPR laws. Support is great. There was one part that doesn't fully comply with the GDPR laws, so I send them a Facebook message asking how I could fix it. They answered in a few minutes, saying this feature will be added next week. Perfect GDPR app for me. Have used it in many different stores.
