I´m running this app for a friend recommendation. So far it seems to be running smothly in our under construction women´s fashion online store.

I had installed another GDPR App for 1 month, which was covering the complete display on the mobile, so even the language switcher was not visible anymore.... After unsuccessful trials to change that, I have installed the iSenseLabs App again, which reveals a great update in functions and design....It looks great and works well ! What a relief ! During installation the App, there were some little issues with some metafields and pages not showing up in the chosen language. The support team responded immediately and fixed these issues very fast. A last remaining little issue was a link to one of the translation for the GDPR compliance page. Also that has been taken up and fixed very fast. In summary: It's a pleasure to get such a support from the iSenseLabs team, in particular Georgi, who did all the support for me very fast and in a highly professional way !!! Just great ! I highly recommend that App... Bags by Sumageza Today, I would like to provide an update on my review: I had experienced some problems due to changes I made in my theme and corresponding translations. After all that, there was a problem, that the link to the GDPR compliance page was missing. I senseLab support detected some missing code, they wrote a new code in Theme.liquid for me, installed it and took care about the translations as well. In addition, iSense provided me with the code in text editor file and explained to me how to insert that code in case I would again loose some by changing my theme or whatever.... I would like to express my honest thank you to iSenseLab, since they really put a lot of effort in searching and identifying the problem, fix it and helped me to prevent repeating the same issue once again. I judge that as an excellent support, great, competent and fantastic... Many thanks to Emil, who did all that support ! il n'est pas en français et je trouve cela dommage car je dois tout traduire avec un traducteur anglais français . vous devriez y penser de mettre les pages en français aussi pour ce qui est de la gestion de la page de cookies.

I'm not particularly techy and I found this app very easy to install and configure. As my store is brand new I've gone for the free version for now. I love how you can customise the cookie bar and adapt it to your brand colours, and also how easy it was to understand the cookie bar behaviour, for instance which cookies should load automatically, and which ones should not. I had to contact Support to ask a question and they got back to me immediately with a clear explanation on how to sort out a specific setting. I'm impressed so far.

Works smoothly and the customer support is fast and reliable. They respond in no time. The app is easy to configure.

installation is sound confused. and cookie bar not showing in store front end. i have taken free trial of pro plan for 7 days.

Received a 5 star service from the team! I had the team to guide me through the settings in order to stay compliant with the regulations and they team delivered a clear and concise instruction on how to go about it. They even did a screen record to show how the plugins actually performs on my website. Nonetheless, they were very responsive to all the replies.

We tested other apps and so far this is the only one working properly. We had an issue, not directly linked with their app and they solved in few minutes. Super app and super assistance.
