After trying some other apps and possibilities, I finally came to Consentmo and found what I was looking for. The app is well done, tons of features and options and I don't think something is missing there. Additionally the app is fully integrated into Shopify, uses Shopify API which results in a clean integration. During the setup I had a quick question and got a very quick and helpful answer from their support. They are really quick and helpful. I can fully recommend it !

The support for this app is second to none. Great explanations of even the silliest little problems I had, complete with monosnap screenshots. Fast, helpful advice. Once I took the time to look around the app, I found it comprehensive and user-friendly. Any problems I had were probably due to me panicking because I am eighty years old.

This app seems to cover off all the bases we need and the customer service is fantastic - we had a small implementation issue which we may have even created ourselves and they came in and fixed this (and we are using the free plan at the moment!). So far, so great!

Prior to this I had installed another app, it was kind of messy so I uninstalled it. But still I have to do something about GDPR etc. Shopify's Advisor recommended this one - nothing special at the beginning, until I hit "Check your compliance" (or something like that!), it took me to a real person support. John, who was my advisor, not only did a live store check for me, but walked me through the whole process. Long story short I think totally we spent about 3 hours just to answer my questions and helping me to get things fixed. I am not even on the pay plan! The interface looks very nice and professional, as we are a high end lifestyle brand. Now I am comfortable with the legality and can focus on growing my business. Highly recommended.
