Unfortunately I have to give this app 1 star. The support seems to be quick and responsive, but the app changed my theme code and disabled both my shopping cart and header menu, which is a real problem. Yet, I do not know if there are further issues.. Please verify with Shopify first that this app is compatible with your theme.

L'app funziona a meraviglia! Viste le nuove norme vigenti e per essere in linea con esse, abbiamo deciso di non utilizzare il sistema nativo del tema (non permetteva di rifiutare i cookie o di scegliere le preferenze per essi ma bensì solo di accetare), quindi abbiamo deciso di installare l'app EU GDPR Cookies Notification. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre esigenze e oltre... abbiamo avuto modo di interfacciarci con il supporto che è stato immediato nelle risposte e di fondamentale utilità, hanno inoltre notato un piccolo bug nel sito e lo hanno sistemato (non di loro competenza), problema che ci sarebbe costato l'intervento di un tecnico o addetto ai lavori. App e supporto eccezionali

I installed the app and the preferences menu did not show any cookies to select. I contacted with the support and ther resolve my problem in less than a day.

Easy to use. Could not find where I could translate some of the text, but there was quick help from support and now everything is perfect.

GDPR compliant 100%, easy to install and personalize in order to match your website to the fullest. Even if the app didn't support multilanguage websites, the Omega Team was quick to answer our problem and even faster to bring us a solution! Now our cookie banner switches language according to the domain it appears on, even if technically is just one website. Die Idee hinter dem Cookie Banner finde ich gut, ebenso die Funktionalität. Leider kann man die Einstellungen nicht korrekt nicht korrekt vornehmen. 1. Als Shop-Besucher ist es zu 90% unmöglich im Pop up die Cookie Kategorie anzuwählen die zugelassen werden soll. Wenn es möglich ist, ist es eher Zufall. 2. Die “Necessary Cookies” sind gar nicht einstellbar und in den Einstellungen in der Spalte “Necessary” steht überall “No”, was nicht sein kann, Es ist mir nicht gelungen eine Kategorie zu erstellen, die NICHT abgewählt werden kann, also “Necessary” ist. 3. Es ist mir nicht klar, wo ich die ganzen Cookie Beschreibung und Erklärungen her nehmen soll für die gescannten Cookies. Obwohl die erkannten Cookies beschrieben sein sollten. Wenn diese Funktionsfehler korrigiert werden, wäre es ein ziemlich guter Cookie Banner, jedoch ohne die eigentliche Funktionalität spezifische Cookies zu verbieten oder zuzulassen, ist der Banner aktuell nutzlos für mich.

I had several small issues over the span of several weeks and each time Joy and Loc fixed it for me. Such a consistent and quick support! The app itself is definitely recommended by me and its look adjustable for your store preferences.
