Very easy to use, I was recommended this app by an ecommerce mentor and I am finding that it is living up to my expectations.

So far this app has been very easy to set up and they even offer you EXTRA trial days when you complete certain steps. What a gem!

CM commerce is a very easy-to-use app, with excellent email marketing services. There is a wide range of templates & services to pick from.

It's exceptionally lazy customer service, and they aren't helpful in the least. Not to mention the product itself is constantly changing since the team seems a little lost on which direction to take. I've been a customer for years, and they won't bother helping with a fix that needs to happen because their tech is built in an odd way for shopify. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use Klaviyo instead.

Their app malfunctioned and invoiced me for 6 months in a single day. They are said they can only refund my most recent subscription and that I will have to cancel my account.

Seems good so far. Shame it doesnt link to the original campaign monitor and acts as a stand alone product. makes pricing confusing! Won't allow for more than one store to be linked, so you need multiple subscription and separate email address for each CM Commerce.

I came to this app because I need marketing assistance with spreading my brand name. I love the concept of this app.

CM Commerce emails and the newsletter have resulted in several conversions for me, and I've only been up and running for one month. I sent out my first newsletter today, and got a conversion from it.

Worst customer service I've seen in the Shopify world. Most businesses offer instant chat support. They always take more than 24 hours to answer any email support. I've been with them for multiple years and my newsletter feature was automatically disabled on the Monday of the BLACK FRIDAY week supposedly because of bot subsciptions to my list. It took them more than 24 hours to send me suggestions to fix the problem with their outdated documentation (the buttons I'm supposed to click are not even there). I've not been able to fix anything. And every email I send them has a 24h response time, with a response that is not helping.

I feel like it'll be great once I fig out how to utilize it to better my business! I love how I can change all the colors to match me theme!

This app makes marketing emails a quick and easy task! I would hardly recommend it! You can just set up your account in minutes and It's all done. Really good support as well.

So far its been a bit confusing to set up for and I am unable to find anyone within customer support to assist me. I am however working it out

The app is a bit confusing on some points, I have to read a lot of instructions that are not always clear. But it helps boost the company's image

Great! It is an easy way to add extra email functionality to my site. Lots of done-for-you templates.

i have been using for some time now and has help my store make a lot of sales 25% more a month with the help of this app and its great price for starters. easy to use once you learn it not hard at all.

i used this app to help me do emails and its so easy to use. Its very simple to set up and it took a huge pressure off of me to know that this app can take care of it for me.

I'm writing this review because CM commerce said that they would give me 3 free additional trial days despite me trying this app for the first time and not knowing much about it. Seems like they should maybe do this towards the end of the trial when you've actually had some time to play with it first.
