Wonderful app, truly helpful to allow customers to find what they're seeking easily!!! I really LOVE this app, a LOT.... ONLY hiccup I have is the results of the search sometimes report on the searched item too quickly and breaks it up into unnecessary pieces...... To illustrate, imagine the search term is "pantaloons".... I will have a big list of "zero search results" for the following results: "pan" "pant" "panta" "pantal" "pantalo" "pantaloo" and "pantaloon".... instead of the actual searched term of JUST "pantaloons"..... It's almost as if the search itself is pulling the word too quickly and adding it to the list of no-results, when someone isn't even done typing it out. Even then, this app is still amazing.

This app has by far improved the search and filter options of the site, providing much more freedom to filter products and allowing the search bar to become a lot more user friendly. The customer service has been fantastic with the issue being sorted the same day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely AWESOME! Nikita went above and beyond to support us after our search bar didn't work on handheld devices. Cannot recommend enough - brilliant service, and super prompt support. The best Shopify plug-in we have installed.

A must-have. I just wish they add more design customization. Functionality wise.. It's amazing, especially for the price.

Filtering based on metafield values was quickly achievable by reaching out to their support, which responded and had completed our request within about 1 hour! Rare to find support like this!

This app has only one job and it can't do it properly. By default, filters that already exist add new tags automatically, fact that it's not explained anywhere. However, if you create a new tag filter from scratch it won't do that (also not mentioned anywhere). You will go crazy not understanding why certain filters just reselect all tags out of nowhere. In addition to this, the UX is atrocious. When you edit a filter there is no "save" button, so whatever you did it's done. If you add too many collections to the filter where it should appear you can't see all of them, so you will need to remember them instead (absolutely great if you onboard someone new in the company and they can't see this, yay!). The more I use this app the more I feel it's really badly done. Also, customer service was kind of arrogant.

This app does exactly what I need. And the customer service is amazing. They helped with some of the set-up that I could not figure out. They also helped with some custom items.

Update: The App is slowing my store way down. Their Team is working on it though. I really like what this app does so I continue to give it 5 stars. I'm looking forward to the correction being made.

First of all: Nikita responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. The App is working fine even though with some challenges for us, because with have around 300k items.

The best customer service I've received from any company in quite some time. We had a minor issue with our SKU structure and the search results. I contacted the company and they created customized fixes for our SKU format very quickly. Explaining the issue was a bit complicated but they totally understood our needs and customized our search exactly how we needed it. Thank you!
