Frankly, I find CJ very practical and very good. They are very responsive, you can speak to a live agent via chat. It's really practical and professional. Everything is also square in terms of invoicing ... I just spoke to "Chloe" on the chat, who was able to inform me in a few minutes. Really great!

CJ's team is incredible. From small to large orders per day, they are amazing. They helped me reduce my costs from my original suppliers by over 30%, helped me brand my products, and allow me to get 2-4 day shipping in the USA, while still serving all my worldwide customers in under 14 days! If you read anything negative, do not believe it. They have a team that is willing to work extremely hard for their customers. I recommend purchasing inventory in at the minimum small bulk for your store, but don't be afraid to have them buy even larger quantities! They helped me scale from doing 20 orders/day to over 200 orders/day and maintain my inventory. CJ was the best decision I ever made for all of my businesses.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. GAVE THEM 11,000 ORDERS OVER THE SPAN OF 1 MONTH. Their communication is the worst, and they will raise prices along the way even though you already paid for half the orders. PLEASE DO NOT work with them, I guarantee you will not only get treated like a shit customer, but you will have a much MUCH better experience hiring an agent in china to dropship for you and handle orders. I Will never be doing business with them again. ITS INSANE the amount of stress I get from how disorganized they are. 1. They will blame you for their system missing over 100 orders. Their system glitches multiple times. 2. They say they can STOCK in USA warehouse. And after asking everyday for weeks, they tell you oops its too expensive to ship actually. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The only reason I used them was for the USA warehouse. DO NOT USE THEM if you they promise they will do it. THEY WONT. They will also raise the price halfway through instead of owning up to their mistakes. 3. Multiple times, our conversations go one way, the next week its again some other bullshit. Agreed on a set price, next week oh we meant this and that excuse. 4. You will soon realize, they only have 2 agents who handle everything and good luck getting an organizes individual. 5. Want stress and heat attacks, use them. 6. Will be posting a video on Youtube as well. The "owner" Andy, does not respond to customers either, even when you are giving him 1,000 orders a day.

worst source ever. I would rather use aliexpress than working with this kind of supplier. They sent all my products without any protection and do not accept my refund for damaged goods. Moreover, they still not ship my package after 14 days processing. The first and last time working with .

I have been using CJDropshipping for about 4 months now and I have yet to have any of my orders I place whether for me or my customers get delivered by their suggested time. I'm actually still waiting on orders that were placed earlier this year due to the fact that they lost the orders. They didn't even try to tell me this too, I had to message them several times to find out after I noticed my tracking number was not being updated. At least one order did make it to the customer but again not by the suggested time on their site. Even after I paid extra for USPS shipping. CJdroppshing does have several great features you can make use of but if they cant get their shipping time right I don't see how anyone can scale with them.

Very good application simplifies life and the agents are very reactive. Orders are easy to make. They are very well synchronized with shopify.

CJ is the best fulfillment app there is, they provide you with your own personal agent and let me tell you Irene is just awesome, she is very available and extremely helpful, makes the whole dropshipping journey a lot easier and enjoyable.

My favorite shopify app, hands down! CJ gives you a personal assistant to help with any questions. Lucy has been very helpful and responsive answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend their service to all my friends!
