Great platform, with fast shipping times! And a big plus is that you get a personal agent to help you any with any issues you are facing. The platform can be a bit confusing sometimes but Bianca (my CJ agent) always responds quickly to help me out!

My Chrystal agent is very reactive and very professional. I order cjdrop services again. Deliveries are fast if we store the products in their warehouse.

The app is actually great, it integrates very well and there are some issues at times which causes problem however they are improving constantly. The price changes are only negative however the app itself and the system is well designed, it could prove to be very beneficial for some. The customer service has to be the best part of it, I was assigned a personal agent named Juniper and she has been amazing with me, always trying her best to resolve any issues that were caused, and even worked overtime occasionally just to resolve issues.
