Great app. Love the fast shipping to the US and UK in comparison to Aliexpress. Also, like that they give you a personal agent. There is still room for improvement in my opinion especially regarding the tracking as it sometimes has errors or doesn't work. But the support is very great. They really offer 24/7 support and respond within just seconds. That's awesome customer service. In general I really recommend the app.

Very good alternative to AliExpress. Allows you to process orders with better delivery times than AliExpress. Really professional service despite the time differences it can have with your personal agent (I'm based in France) but you can still contact the chat employees who are very reactive! My personal agent Sharon is very attentive and does her best to provide solutions to each request. However, there are always improvements to be made on the platform itself (to better track customer orders, filter them and export them faster) but this concerns web development and is therefore another subject. I recommend the application, if you don't work with an agent yet.

I have been using the CJ app for quite some time and I have to say they are the best in the market by far, I have tried other suppliers but no one beats CJ. Especially their agents, trust me are the best my agent Benson Bian is one of a gem, I fall short of words to tell how happy and satisfied I am with him, he is always their just a message. He is by far the best at his work. Blessed to have such a great team and an awesome agent!

I am new on this platform and just ordering a few shipments with them I must say that the live chat support / 24 Hours is a great experience . Especially for a drop shipper like us, it's most important to get immediate answers to the questions we get. I am definitely going to add more and more products from CJ. Apart from customer support, there is some manual work we need to do which is inventory track where I needed to select the CJ fulfillment manually but that's ok even though it take a little bit of time. I wish cj won't stop their 24 hour human chat.
