I am really amazed this platform is phenomenal! Each account has a custom agent, they are all very kind but one in particular is the best: Catherine. Catherine helped me for EVERYTHING I asked her, she even worked late at night because of my time zone! For each new account, I open a ticket and ask to put Catherine as an agent.
