Reviews for CJdropshipping: Much Faster

CjDropshipping is a good ecom platform, whether buying for ourselves or selling to customers by connecting to our shopify store. There are fast to make sourcing, and fast to respond to our questions and request (especially my agent, Vincy). However, the shipping and delivery time may be long sometimes.

Very Good application, I'm using it for my store. Simple to use and sync with my store. Howard Huang my agent, is always available to answer my questions and to help me to solve my issues, thanks. I recommended it

I recently started using the dropshipping method, my agent Helen Li has been very helpful, at any time she answers me seeking to solve my doubts or my issues and makes me recommendations to continue with my store, I highly recommend her.

Great app. Love the fast shipping to the US and UK in comparison to Aliexpress. Also, like that they give you a personal agent. There is still room for improvement in my opinion especially regarding the tracking as it sometimes has errors or doesn't work. But the support is very great. They really offer 24/7 support and respond within just seconds. That's awesome customer service. In general I really recommend the app.

Very good alternative to AliExpress. Allows you to process orders with better delivery times than AliExpress. Really professional service despite the time differences it can have with your personal agent (I'm based in France) but you can still contact the chat employees who are very reactive! My personal agent Sharon is very attentive and does her best to provide solutions to each request. However, there are always improvements to be made on the platform itself (to better track customer orders, filter them and export them faster) but this concerns web development and is therefore another subject. I recommend the application, if you don't work with an agent yet.

I want to thank my agent Joyce Zheng for going the extra mile to help me with my queries. She is very prompt, responsive and stayed with me until my issue is resolved. She even added me to her Skype to ensure better communication. Keep up the good work!

I have been using the CJ app for quite some time and I have to say they are the best in the market by far, I have tried other suppliers but no one beats CJ. Especially their agents, trust me are the best my agent Benson Bian is one of a gem, I fall short of words to tell how happy and satisfied I am with him, he is always their just a message. He is by far the best at his work. Blessed to have such a great team and an awesome agent!
