I've been having a problem getting my orders processed and payment. I talked to the bank and tried Sam on CJ website. I had asked for assistance yesterday and got nowhere, But Today I had the pleasure of working with Bill SHI. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bill to everybody. It took less than 5 minutes to get my orders processed and paid.

From adding products, tracking inventory, syncing orders and shipment everything is simple and a smooth process and the best part is it’s completely free to use and more trustworthy as they are in the industry for many years. I was initially worried about shipment timelines but CJ’s shipping via cjpacket have delivered our orders to US, Canada, UK and France within 10 to 14 days from order date. The support is awesome with queries answered immediately and any updates to order like gift messages or VAT numbers are updated immediately upon request.
