Just installed it. Much better interface than native shopify app. The big thing for us was the size of the icon. The shopify inbox app was covering up payment icons and overlapping some buttons in mobile view. But after installing chatway, we see many more options that we previously didn't think we needed so that was a nice plus.

The free plan has enough features so small businesses can work without paying for the pro plan. I like it. Since we installed this app, we have received many more messages from our customers. I highly recommend it.

I would not recommend this company. After I deleted the app due to their co-founder's unprofessional behavior they responded with lies and when confronted with screenshots directly from the co-founder with his tag and photo choose to claim I had the wrong app instead of apologizing and holding him accountable. They have even updated their response several times and continue to email me about deleting my review instead of admitting what he did and making him stop. I even sent them the screenshots where he admits he had my emails but choose to continue anyway hoping to change my review but the company did not care. Since they refuse to hold him accountable I suggest you find a company that will hold staff accountable for bad behavior even if they are a founder. I personally would not trust a company that allows staff to be unprofessional nor their co-founder to lie in order to hide bad behavior. I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We reviewed the support tickets, and we couldn't find any record of you asking not to be contacted. We got your latest email and still don't see any communication between you and our support team. You might confuse our app with another app because you didn't reach out to our support team at any point. We're open to feedback and strive to provide high-quality customer service and product experience. If you ever decide to give the app another try, we'd be happy to assist with any issues you encounter. Edit: I went through the email you sent us again, but I don't see any email/message that you sent to our support team (I only see your response to the email we sent you after you removed the app and left your review). One feature I’d love to see in the future is the automatic integration of customer emails into our email marketing flows when they sign up.
