Worst expierence with a software ever in my life! The support is really bad, no solutions only excuses and wrong informations!

I have 3 different stores on with CED! The customer service level is Top Shelf!! For Etsy there is nothing better! It took a bit with the eBay app but that's where the customer service kicked in. They walked me through it and got me listed. Seriously, if your doing sales from a Shopify store this app will make you money, save you tons of time and when needed, the customer service is incredible! They need to add a 10 star rating for them!!

AMAZING service and experience. I was dreading the day that the ebay app would be removed from Shopify and put off waiting until the very last day the app was supported to make the switch. I honestly wish I would have made the switch sooner. CED Commerce made the process so easy. The representatives were so helpful and walked me through the entire process. It was simple and seamless from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

I've revised my original review, since they do offer good customer service via livechat. Whilst it is now working, it's fairly complicated to use, and I'm not entirely sure how reliable it will be, since it previously disconnected from eBay and ended my listings. However, for now it's working again, and so I feel it's only right to improve my original review up to 4 stars.

This app does not work well for sellers looking to list a large variety of items. We are an antiques and home interiors store dealing in one of a kind, pre-owned items. Because of the required step to create templates, our work flow becomes unnecessarily labor intensive and complicated. We would be better suited with an app that allows each product to be edited per eBay's requirements / item specifics individually rather than in bulk. Their team was prompt in replying with assistance and were eager to help us try to find work-arounds for our needs, but ultimately this app has some serious functionality blind spots. UPDATE: I have changed my review from two stars to one star because after posting my initial review, they called my personal cell phone number asking me to remove my honest review of their app. This type of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and unethical.

Excellent support from the team, but lots of nuances to getting it right. Start from scratch and delete all existing products from eBay first, and start fresh. Be prepared that setting up the integration will take a few weeks.

I would recommend this app if you are looking to connect your eBay store with your Shopify store. It took a little time to get adjusted to the different layout and how it works as I was using the eBay app through Shopify that is being discontinued. The few times I have had to contact customer service that have been responsive immediately and have helped me through my issues.

I am just really starting to use the app. Harshit has been extremely helpful in supporting my issues and has helped me learn the app so I can pretty much be on my own. However he has been available every time I have need help and guidance. I definitely would recommend this app to any seller who wants to expand their existing Shopify store items to any platform that CedCommerce supports.

AFTER ONE YEAR WITH ALL THE CED COMMERCE APPS- it took over a month working with this people to get the apps to run properly, since then i must say as SHOPIFY EXPERTS, there has not been a single week where we need to contact support to fix something, we are moving out of this apps, if you dont have time left to waste following up every little thing keep away from this company or any of their apps, we BIULD STORES FOR CUSTOMERS and somehow every time we have an issue the app is always perfect and it is always us the ones we don't know, the apps simply does not work as intended, the sync process is really bad, automation, don't work so you have to do everything manually, i don't see the point to spend literary thousands of dollars with this company.BEWARE!!!

Avoid this app. Its filled with bugs, and customer service is very little help in fixing issues. In fact, of the 10+ times I talked to them they made the situation worse. The app doesn't do what's advertised yet its one of the more expensive ones out there. I figured you get what pay for, but not with this app. Waste of time, and waste of money. Trust me avoid it. Also they charged me $49.00 when they said wouldn't charge me anything for up to a year of service. They lie, and steal. How this app is even allowed on the store is beyond me. I have emails from their customer service showing proof of all this. DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND THE MONEY YOU STOLE!

We have moved over to the App from pre-existing applications. The program is very powerful. When we first migrated, we experienced significant technical issues due to the vastness of our database. The customer service was excellent and the long-term prospects for this application for our business in terms of reduced work are extremely exciting. Couldn't ask for more.

The app works great and when it was not costumer service helped right away. They solved my problem and was very patient with me. I could not ask for more. Thank you
