super quick in response and the platform is simple to work with. I do wish that there was an easier option to add multiple upsells on one product. Other than that, I love this app and worth every penny

Candy Rack works well with great support, without being huge $$$ like OCU.. and doesn't looks gross like other upsell apps which have a really smarmy dropship store look to them. Which is what drew me to Candy Rack. The customer service offered by Lucia and Tom are top notch. I really appreciated Lucia reaching out at no extra cost offering to help customize Candy Rack to match the colors, fonts, and aesthetics of my store. So Candy Rack blends right in! There was also a small hiccup in the initial functionality of the app when I initially installed it. But Lucia got the team to fix it right away and even offered a credit, which I didn't even expect. Lucia and her team were also able to implement Candy Rack functionality to Add to Carts from the Products list page and Home Page. And would also offer to make sure Candy Rack would work after we updated our theme version. Really highly recommend Candy Rack!

This is honestly a fantastic Upsell app, but the support is truly incredible. Blew me away with how fast they replied to me and that they offered to help me customize the look. I've seen great results using the app and am excited to use more of their services in the future.

Hands down the best upsell app here. The popup is amazing and can be customized with the help of their team. Best support I've ever received. You can't desire anything more than this.

Best upsell app ever! It generated additional sales for me on the very first day! After testing a few applications of this type - I definitely recommend it. However, the customer service deserves the highest praise - the application did not work with my store (3rd party buy box), but I got quick help and everything works fine. In addition, the authors helped me match the appearance of the pop-up window to the look of my store, so everything looks natively built-in. P.S. If the author of the app is reading this - Tom from customer service deserves a raise! :)

I have used a few different upsell apps over the past three years and this one is BY FAR the best. I mix and match my upsells and this one makes it very easy to do. Definitely would recommend.

The customer service of the app is amazing. Sorting out problems quickly. And looking for updates too. 5 starts Plus!

Great app, everything you can use it for it does it great but sadly what you can do with this app is limited. this app is easy and simple to use and I give it 5 stars for being easy to use and I give it a 5 stars for the popup design, its modern and simple. options though are very limited, you can't set a quantity amount for the upsell popup to show, the popup can only be used to upsell specifically one item at a time, not a total purchase amount or quantity of products. features I'd love to see on this app: feature example: one item $30 in cart you add a $70 product and get a popup for totaling $100. feature example: buy 2 of the same/different products get the 3rd-free, free shipping, and free-gift popup. I enjoyed using this app, it was simple to use, but sadly doesn't have what I am looking for, if you don't need any of the features I talked about then this app will work great for you.

What makes a great app? Service. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. It's refreshing to partner with a company that you can talk to, cars, and is responsive.

Really good app but most of all amazing support, these guys followed me up for a billing issue i was having with shopify and they really helped. They also set up the app for me and make it look like it was make for my store not just a generic pop up
