I initially had high hopes for CleverAds, and I must admit, my initial experience was less than satisfactory. The software seemed promising, with features like Google Feed management and built-in Conversion management that were supposed to help identify effective strategies. However, I faced some challenges in the beginning. The most disappointing aspect was the customer support. Despite being assigned a dedicated account manager, Paola, I felt the support I received was not up to the mark. There were significant delays in responses, and at times, no replies at all. This led to unresolved issues with my Google Ads account, which greatly impacted my experience with the software. However, I am pleased to report that CleverAds has since addressed these issues. After expressing my concerns, the team at CleverAds reached out to me and worked diligently to resolve my problems. The response from customer service improved significantly, and my issues with the Google Ads account were promptly addressed. I am now able to fully utilize the features of CleverAds, and it has become a valuable tool in streamlining my operations. The recent experience has shown me that CleverAds values its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. While there is still room for improvement, particularly in ensuring consistent customer service, I am confident that CleverAds is on the right track. I am upgrading my rating to 5 out of 5, and I look forward to seeing continued improvements from CleverAds. I can now recommend CleverAds for its improved customer service and effective software features.

its ok still learning how to use it it seems lkike im going in circles with no sales but hopefully soon or ill have to call it quits this online store isnt as easy as portrayed and not as cheap i thought i would of made one sale by now but i havent i only been coming out the pocket for everything you wanbt to do or need cost i aquirred about 500 in bills a month not including what ads are gonna cost not fun its putting me in debt and i was sold on how easy and free it was well its not easy and its not free at all everything costs on here

Looks good and may have potential but you need to be able to access and work on Google Ads. My account with Google Ads is messed up and I cannot access it (it loops the login screen requesting 2FA even though it is setup, have already been working with Google). I have been getting a charge monthly from Google for $500 plus another charge for around $120 and could not figure out where it was coming from since I couldn't get into my Ads account. Turns out, it was CleverPPC (I finally got a transaction log with more detail) - even though the Clever AD panel: "Your campaigns haven't taken off yet" and I thought I hadn't activated anything because of this, it was charging me a ton... and I would not have approved that nor did I see any benefit from that as my store has been struggling the past 9m as many retail shops have. I have been fighting with Google to figure out where this was from and finally was able to stop it by uninstalling per Shopify, but what an expensive mess. Very misleading and frustrating for me and a huge cost that I did not approve. Waiting on feedback from CleverPPC, will update. Be very careful what you setup if you are thinking you are just checking it out and seeing how it works. You will be paying even if it says "Your campaigns haven't taken off yet" all across the top and lists steps you still need to complete.

Too early to say. But it seems they want to take over every aspect of your advertising and the banner options are clunky to say the least
