I liked this app because it was easy to install and loved the slot machine idea! Would recommend it to anyone however, would be nice for newbies to have a frequent questions section even though there was free chat.

i use this app to interact with customer and to keep have some fun with customers while they shop at my store. Also like the excitement new customers and return customers that shop on a regular basis.

Installed and at the first day got 20 emails plus a sale that paid in 2 times the app price! Plus, I got a lead conversion rate of 27.78%! I never reviewed any app. This is the first time and I did this because it really works! The only thing I suggest is to show the wheel as an exit popup. When people tries to leave the store, the wheel could appear trying to turn that prospect into a lead.

Stop sending spam email. This app is not working and waste of time.

I recently just got the app and ran into issue of tab not showing in my store. BUT the support I spoke with, Tom, was great and had someone look at my store to help with the issue. Fast and reliable support!
