The technical support was the best, fast and solved what we needed.

Great concept but the app didn't work! had to uninstall it when I could not get it to change deals of totally free products, super inconvenient and a lot of wasted time.

I deleted this app but still go out my money. How can i stop this pay out? They steal my money every months!!!

The idea is good for the app but it is not support and does not function well. We set up our entire wheel and tried getting it to work for an entire day but nothing worked. We tried reaching out to their dev but no one ever gets back to you. Not sure how this is even supported by Shopify as most apps have fantastic support. Save yourself a bunch of wasted hours and go with another provider. Trust me these guys are horrible and never respond.

Looking for some help. Our wheel never actually pops up??? It just sits in the corner and wiggles. Please provide assistance. Can I get an email to find support or something?????? Reached out many time but no response yet. The wheel is pretty useless as it does not pop up on our website. We have spent hours going through every function of the backend. I will update the review if they ever answer but for anyone thinking of downloading I would recommend Privy. We've used them in the past and the wheel always works and their support always answers lol =) Well an entire day has passed and still no response. This app helps me generate more sales. My customers love the opportunity to save money regardless if it's a holiday season or not. I suggest trying it out.

Not even worth 1 star. Let me explain why it is not worth even 1 star. To be fair with the developer. I will start with positive thing first. pro 1. it interacts with visitors and get their emails. And that was my only subject to install this app. I have tested with this app and other apps. and it seems it works a bit better than other apps. 2. unlike other apps, visitors who interact whit this app tend to make purchase a bit high rate. (based on coupon code, created only for this app usage. ) Now here is the main reason why this app is not worth even 1 star 1. recently I have discovered that my front page url has been altered. In the session page, three were 2 different store front urls. One is of course my store url but the other one is not. I don't have any sub domain or anything so I didn't understand why I have 2 different urls on my store front page. Therefore, I spoke with Shopify support team and they found out that this app injected code into my store page and altered the url. The altered url that appears to Chinese domain, (naoxiangxiong.cn) which I never heard of so and there is no search result in google or bing so I clicked on it. for few times, it directs me to my store front page but other times it goes other store pages. This is totally unacceptable. 2. Once I discovered this, I checked google analytics and other tools that I use to find out if there is any weird traffic comes to my store. Unsurprisingly, there was junk bot traffic came in to my store and all of them visited wait for it !! naioxiangxiong.cn !! altered url, fake traffic, for that reasons it is not worth 1 star

I just downloaded this app and I hope it works well I will use this app to drive more sales if possible.

So good so far. I like that the games can be customized to match a store's color scheme. I just installed so I don't know how well it will work. I'm not sure about email integration because I don't use any of the email services they listed. I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
