new user but perfect so far..

I'm very pleased with this product so far after trying many bundle apps. It has a clean interface and far more options than anything else with what seems like a very easy installation. Uğur Can helped me sort out a few things through chat and even recorded some short videos to explain how to make things work on my own site, blown away by the customer service on tap. So far so good and hope to keep using the product.

With over 32 apps installed, PickyStory is by far the absolute best app we've worked with. Not only is the app well designed and easy to work with, their customer support is beyond amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos who helped us correct an issue we made on our end. It was fast, efficient, and pleasant. I tested 7 other bundle apps prior to PickyStory, and I am fully convinced I made the best choice. Highly recommend!

Great app and superb customer service. Just missing a few editing features when it comes to how the PickyCart looks on screen.

These developers go out of their way to make sure that you have what you need set up to do wonderful upsells. I didnt really know how to set up the bundles that I needed to display on my front page, but then I contacted their support and Ceren walked me through everything I needed to know on how to set them up properly, she was super nice (and she also has a really cool name!) Would recomend reaching out to them anytime.

Carlos was super patient with me and helped me get all of my bundles up and running on my page! Ceren has also been a big help fine tuning the details and getting things perfect.

An element wasn't visualizing correctly and Ceren helped point me to an error I'd made in the code. She was able to show me via Loom where the error was. Great help!!

Assistenza tecnica eccellente, tuttavia la lacuna principale dell'app è la mancanza di gestione del prezzo dinamico nella tile prodotto nella vista di categoria che non è stata prevista. I bundle gestiscono il calcolo dinamico del prezzo sulla base della disponibilità del prodotto a giacenza, se un prodotto manca, il prezzo viene ricalcolato nella pagina prodotto, tuttavia questo non accade nelle tile di prodotto all'interno delle categorie con la conseguenza che i prezzi bundle dinamici in categoria non sono corretti ( problema che affligge anche i feed Meta e Google ). Nel complesso è una soluzione per tutti quelli che non hanno out of stock di merce nei bundle

Let me start with the customer service. Their customer service is AMAZING! Hands down 5 out of 5! I love the app. After searching for months, almost a year, I finally found the app for my shirt business. Easy to use after getting the hang of it. You are literally a chat away for a human assistant if you may have any questions. No question is silly for them! As soon as I can schedule an automatic start and end date/time for my bundles, I will give it a 5+ stars! UPDATE: Please make PickyStory available on mobile (ANDROID) and table.
