The App is very useful and affordable for a small business. However, its very hard to understand how set it up and edit to make changes. Ron was very helpful and sent me videos so I could make the changes I needed, but it was a bit overwhelming. This apps helps me to satisfy customers need of personalizing their gifts. I have a gift box builder in place where customers step by step combine their own boxes with balloons, candy, stuffed animals. Easy for the customer and easy for me to see what I should put in the box on the order. I've been a customer of Shopify for years with several businesses. This is the best box builder, gift builder app. I had a couple of questions about it and Bunny is awesome with support. Patient, kind and funny. When you are stressing about your website the last thing you want is rude customer support. I am going to use this app for my other business, as well. If you have a question, don't hesitate to reach out. They are really good.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, as I recognize the impact they can have on small businesses. However, I believe it's important to share my experience. I reached out several times for assistance with technical issues that have hindered my ability to use the app for over five months. The only resolution offered was a $30 credit, which covers just one month. I hope that by sharing this, other small businesses can be aware of potential challenges and avoid the loss of time and resources that I encountered.

Edited from 1 star: Our business encountered some very frustrating issues with the app that have recently been resolved. The process was lengthy due to back and forth communication and trying to determine which side the issue was on. I initially wasn't happy with the responses we got from Bundle Builder requesting help. That being said, as soon as Hannes from the customer service team reached out it really turned things around. He was very on top of communicating with me about timelines and how they were working behind the scenes to figure out the issues. Ultimately it was a long process to get there, but I did feel that he genuinely cared about helping us out. I still find that the user interface isn't the most straightforward, but we will continue to use Bundle Builder, as I'm much more confident in the customer service we received - it made all the difference.

We've tried all of the bundle apps from the store and this is hands down the best value. It's probably has 90% functionality of all other apps with a reasonable pricing structure where you are not locked in paying for the revenue the app assisted to generate. It also has a ways to customize the experience which other apps mostly missing. Highly recommend.

I use this app to create an experience for customers where they can feel like they are packing their own gift box to spoil someone special in their life. I've had very good support from the team with giving advise on how to use the app best. They even take the time to do video calls and screen sharing at a time convenient to their customers - even if that means very early hours for them. Update: More than 3 years using this app and there’s just nothing else like it. Great user experience. There's pretty much only one rule for software: if you're going to significantly change it, you need to warn your users with plenty of lead time. That's doubly true if you're removing a core feature. - This app no longer works with subscriptions, an absolutely core feature. Not only that, but they promoted this update for months via email, and never once mentioned that subscriptions would no longer be supported. - In fact, this very app page currently promotes the app as supporting subscriptions, which is false. They haven't even bothered to update this page. - Go to their website and search the term "subscription." What do you find? No mention anywhere that subscriptions are no longer supported. - After their update broke this core function of our website we spent days reaching out to them trying to figure out how to fix it, only to have our issue finally escalated to then be told 'yeah that features gone.' - No remorse, no apology, no 'oh oops, in our weeks of spam emails about this major update we forgot to mention that a core feature would be removed, sorry about breaking your website.' - It's obvious that they prioritized keeping clients paying over informing their clients, and decided to go for a "so sorry that happened" approach over a "heads up this is what's coming" approach. - Even if there is no way to continue to support subscriptions based on the new API (doubtful but let's assume) they should still notify everyone in advance that subscriptions will no longer be supported, it should be stated on their website at least somewhere, and it should be on this very app page, and certainly should no longer be promoted as supporting subscriptions on this page (!). - Sadly, I would not recommend trusting your business to this team, as there is no knowing when they'll pull the rug out from under you and your customers, and their practices of misrepresenting their features here as I type this, in addition to their decision not to forewarn users that subscriptions would be broken, are both inexcusable for any app.
