I had a few issues because of the Shopify theme I purchased. When I contacted support, I was helped by Gigi and Tien Loc. Between the two of them, they worked their hardest to make sure my issues were taken care of. They kept in touch to make sure I knew they did not forget about me, I really appreciate that, and because of them, I will remain a customer. The issue I had was because of the theme I owned, but they were sure to work hard and fix my issues, have no worries that this team will work with you to make sure you are taken care of! They constantly emailed me to just remind me that they were still working on my issue. That made me feel confident that I had a team that was on my side. Thank you Gigi and Tien Loc!! I am SUPER happy with your customer service!

The ability to freely customize the badge is wonderful, so I definitely want to use it. I would appreciate it if I could change the registered label (or badge) to a badge (or badge) on the dashboard. Gigi, Thank you for your quick and kind support!

After extensive research and testing various apps, I can confidently say this is the best and most versatile app for Product Labels and Badges (hence the name). The functionality and customization options are well put together and simply work; great for any store. Due to the customization on our theme, we needed additional support. I reached out to their support team and they were incredibly quick and professional. Both Gigi (support) and Tien Loc (technician) assisted with additional customization that would be outside the general scope of work for most apps. They were quick, detail oriented, and asked questions I didn't even consider. I am truly thankful for their help and to have found this app. We have seen great results by providing key information to our customers, making both the shopping and user experience better.

We where looking for a simple way to place different labels on the products in the shop. Jinny, Gigi and Loc helped to make it work perfect for us.

I appreciate the cool & fast support (Gigi) and the tech guy (Chu Thong). Very Kind & effective people ! I couln'd disply my custom label " saw on TV" in my 1st pic of product page, they fixed it. I suggested to improve for Custom Label, a way to display from border because i had to fake with png (with empty space) to spead my logo from the top right corner. but the APP is really cool ;-) And if possible, kindly share your experience or your favorite features in this app to help potential customers make confident decisions. Or you can share: what function do you like the most? What functions should we improve? Do you like our support?

I had some issues at the beginning, but these "issues" was taken care of quickly as they have great customer support. Special thanks to Gigi with her quick and responsive customer support and Xuan Thong and Chu Thong for fixing my technical issues!

App works well, and allows me to highlight some key selling features easily. I had a small issue with badges appearing in an odd place, but Amber and Hoang fixed it very promptly.

The app is great - does exactly what I need it to. Gigi was really helpful in fixing one issue I ran into in setting up the app - but now it's working beautifully. I highly recommend!

This app is exactly what we were looking for - super easy to set up and has lots of ways to customize. Their support team (Jinny and Hoang) was not only incredibly fast to respond, but they fixed the issue quickly and were so patient and helpful! This app is very good if you want to make labels from scratch and upload custom image labels that you have created on a side. I had a question and the support team was fantastic - very quick responses. Would definitely recommend!

We have been working with Gigi Nguyen (Customer Support) and Ngoc Hue (Designer) to develop new banners. Their response time and enthusiasm to assist us has been nothing short of excellent! This app offers very good features based on its pricing structure (we are using the advance plan) in comparison with other similar apps. The interface is intuitive and its easy to use. You can use it to develop your own banners and badges quite simply. Highly recommended!!

Staff was very helpful in setting up a custom badge placement for me. Steph, Dimitri, and XuTho continued working until everything was just right. Great service!

It does the job and is free. My labels weren't showing correctly and I messaged the staff and they got it fixed quickly.

I find the app fantastic, it's done very well and if we start from the technical assistance received from Gigi Nguyen and the technician Ngoc Hoang it was amazing. They solved a problem of mine with my graphic theme which now fits perfectly with their app. I highly recommend them also because they are very kind, fast and ready to help you with any problem. This app is exactly what I was looking for! I had a question with the placement of my design & Gigi was super helpful. I was able to upload the free shipping label I designed & attach it to all my listings. Worked perfectly! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to add badges or labels to your photos.

Free version works very well for its purpose and when i had issues their support team was responsive and fixed them quickly.
