This app is such a helpful tool to get you squared if you are new to e-commerce or a new business owner. Staff helps walk you through the process and you will see the benefits of using this tool right away. Best choice ever. Also, Therese was my agent and she helped the process to be even smoother and less stressful.

Alex was great. I had a question about one thing, and while waiting , she recommended another easy thing for me to do to optimize our site. In the midst of wrapping up the conversation, i had another question, as i am very noice about all of this and she made some great recommendations. So far, a few minutes into using the app, i feel pretty comfortable with letting it do its thing, and feel confident ill be able to chat with a real person if i have questions in the future, which i know i will! The setup in the free plan was very simple. Of course, many things are limited here - but it's certainly useful for a start. My first contact with EJ was very nice and competent - I had my store verified. I'm curious to see how the app will affect my company. I will report back when I have the opportunity to submit another review.
