Lizzy was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about how to optimize my store's SEO. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how the Booster SEO tool could benefit my Shopify store. Her quick responses and friendly attitude made the whole process seamless.

Alex was nice and helpful.

Forget this guys. Just by uninstalling their app they messed up my Shopify metadata, head and description, it was magically gone. Didn't even leave like it as it was before. Shame on them.

Jon is very knowledgeable and helped with my query in a professional, friendly and timely manner. He also made me aware of discounts available for your paid plans. Furthermore he gave me tips on how to change the favicon for my website :)

Alex was super helpful, always ready to answer my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If you want to improve your website, I highly recommend Alex and BOOSTER. They did a fantastic job!

I really didn't get all the information I was looking for. However that is not Izzy's fault. I basically didn't have the questions to ask. Maybe next time be a little more Force coming and explaining all the features your product has to offer.. especially for those who can't afford the paid version.
