I initially got a paid subscription with a free trial period but I forgot to cancel the subscription and I got a charge notification in Shopify, although it's been a few days, the app supporters solved this issue immediately, and refunded the bills. I'm very happy with this, it's the most reliable app I've ever seen. Good luck!!!

Rain was the first person I spoke with upon downloading the app to verify my site. He gave me a great tip on how to improve something on my page within the first minute of our chat and I really appreciated that as I am very new to e-comm/shopify/and website development in general (NO experience at ALL prior to February) so I really welcome tips like this!. I have to be completely honest, I'm very new to running my online store and I'm trying to learn on the fly. The, hands-down, BEST service I have EVER received came from EJ with Booster SEO. I clicked to verify my store and the chat popped up, he handled the whole verification process in the background WHILE, in the foreground, checking out my store and giving me tips and tricks on how to clean it up and fix little quirks that have been bugging me since I opened it. Seriously cannot commend the service enough, even though I don't quite understand what all this SEO is doing... YET. Give EJ a raise or I will riot.

I tried the "7 day free trial" for the basic plan. I was not impressed so I reverted back to the free plan on day 4-5, uninstall the app and forgot about it. Now I see that they still charge me for the full month. So don't believe the lies of 7 days free trial, don't risk it. It's a scam

Hello World, The customer service agent I dealt with was professional and courteous, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I'm starting a new business and she was willing to answer questions beyond Booster SEO's purview. Izzy, thank you for your help and understanding. I hope the rest of the Booster company is as professional as you were, if so, I'm confident in our continued partnership. I've been in sales 15 years, she knew when to offer, and when to support what I am currently doing. I wish she would consider working for me. hahaha. Regardless, if this is the support I receive with the free plan, then when I sign up for the paid, I'm secure in the knowledge that this company knows what they are doing. I feel like they actually care about me, even though at this point I have no sales and am just beginning. Again thank you, Izzy, I hope to speak to you again.
