I had uninstalled the app because I wasnt doing very well at the business via the website and I couldnt afford this tool anymore. This is when Lester stepped in and offered me support for 2 years. I am filled with gratitude for this support. This is a fantastic tool that helps automate SEO boost for the website. This is definite must try and gives amazing results. Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, just to clarify, we’ve already processed a full refund as soon as you reached out to us yesterday. Also, while we understand that you uninstalled the app on July 17th, the billing period actually began on June 26th - which is why the charge was automatically applied by Shopify’s billing system. Please note that all billing transactions are handled directly by Shopify’s system and do not require our manual involvement. We only step in to process any necessary refunds or credits after a charge has been applied. I’ve also sent you an email with more details regarding this. After uninstalling the app I am still being charged for it. Please assist urgently. Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Just to clarify, all billing is handled directly by Shopify, not by our app. If the app was still active when a new billing cycle began, Shopify may have automatically included it in your invoice, even if it was uninstalled shortly after. That said, we’ve already sent you an email so we can sort this out directly, we’re more than happy to process a refund right away once we receive a quick confirmation or a screenshot of the charge.
