Amazing app to get customers to come back. Easy to use and set up and user friendly for customers. Highly recommend.

I have been searching for customer reward and loyalty apps in the market for some time. Most of these kinds of apps are not friendly to small businesses like me, they charge incredibly high for most useful features. Bon loyalty is perfectly fitted my needs for every feature and it is totally FREE! And the customer service is wonderful.

This app is a great, versatile start for my loyalty program. The interface is clean, and the widget is designed prominently without interfering with the shopping experience. I want to thank Dean and Sunny for their excellent customer service, helping me to use the app to its full potential.

With any new APP it can be difficult to work out how to use it and how to make it work best for your site. I had a go and wasn't too happy so I contacted support and Sunny was so helpful. She accessed our store and made the APP look great and I am sure it will help grow our business. We have already had customers sign up and expect more now that it has been given a personal touch. I used this app to create a loyalty program for my customers & I cannot get over how easy it was to set up & how great customer service is!! Definitely download this app ASAP!!!

Very good app! Its all about the pricing on this one. For free this app is probably the most perfect app you will find in regards to Points / Rewards. Smile is nothing to this in regards to the price. Although I need to say that the speed is quite slow. On the Reward site, you will need to wait 10-15 Seconds for a reward to appear correctly after you purchase it. Also the Icons are lagging and not working properly. But the Support told me they are on it and will be working to fix it asap! Also customisation as font size etc is only available for custom css, but that's quite hard for beginners. All in all a very good app, I would love to see Updates for the VIP Tiers etc, if that hops in I will be giving 5/5 stars.

This app & the developer are top-notch. Fast & thorough customer service. Their team provide support beyond expectations. There were a few small integration issues with my custom theme and they made all the necessary adjustments very quickly. I recommend it 100%.

Customer Support has been so helpful - I had a query outside of Support Hours but I was assisted so I could launch the Loyalty program with my business. I needed help with ways my customers can earn points and was swiftly assisted to understand but also showed how to complete the amendments. Super

Honestly, the best costume service and the best services I've ever received. I had to access customer service to solve a small issue editing a tab and they helped me very quickly to solve it and to configure my store. Sunny was extremely helpful! A+++ Very simple to and easy to manage with a lot of possibilities to engage and solidify costumers. Great possibilities to grow! The app is complete with options rewarding, redeeming and more. Very satisfied! Definitely recommended!

It's amazing. This app is easy to manage and give mane option to change the profile to you liking. It is also very convenient.

Personally, it was one of the best services I've ever received. They politely asked my wishes and tried to fulfill them. Even if it's free. Functionally, I've tried all the similar apps in Shopify to find what I'm looking for, but nothing like this one. Overwhelmingly simple and performance-wise, it has everything you want. Just no words needed. You will understand what's mean it is if you use it. highly recommend. Looking forward to the next app they will create. Please contact me when it is made. Even though this is a newer app in the Loyalty Program category, this is the one to watch. Even though it's still new overall, the layout of the dashboard and settings is very modern and easy to use. The good news is they are diligently adding new and more advanced features very quickly. They are also very open to suggestions...this alone will help this app grow and most likely pass their competitors even faster. As with most apps, they typically end up being only as good as their support. So far, BON has proven to be stellar at this, especially working with their team member, Sunny.

For a free app, there is a lot of flexibility for customization and the app itself is very intuitive overall. As others have stated, support is quite responsive as well as open to questions and ideas as well.

This app is very easy to use... lots of options to customise to suit your theme and the team is very supportive. Tracy was available to answer any of the questions. Highly reccomend!

I really love this app. I had a little issue which Sunny helped me with. She was so sweet. And it was actually something I had to change in my Shopify. I would highly recommend this app!
