I have tried several apps for reward programs and BON Loyalty has been very easy to set up. The translation function (german onlineshop) is easy to handle and customizable. The widget looks good and the support is great. Normally they don't have support on weekends, but I even got answered my questions on a Saturday (thank you Daisy!). It's still a very new app and I'm excited for future features coming out. ... and it's still for free! :-)

Setting up this app was incredibly fast and easy, and speaking to Emile made it SO much easier! She assisted me with removing the Brandmark from it for me very quickly!

Emile and the team are fantastic with the support they provide. Being able to get a response within 24hours is so important and they always respond straight away. We were using another app for our reward points and it wasn't working very well - they also didn't respond to any of our emails for help. So we made the change to Bon and they helped us import all of our data. Its a great app that is continuing to be developed and we highly recommend it.

So far the experience has been helpful. I just downloaded the app and while setting it up I had some questions and Emily and Ryan helped out. Seems fairly easy to use and responsive support. I will update as the time goes on and I use features.

After downloading (and uninstalling) a bunch of reward app trying to find a good fit for my brand, I came across BON. So Far it has been the easiest to set up, get started and launch! It's so straightforward unlike most of the others I've tried, and the Support Team Is Absolutely Phenomenal! So far loving BON, Looking forward to see how my supporters love it!

Cette app est vraiment exceptionnelle. Après avoir testé de nombreuses options de fidélité à offrir à mes clients, toutes avaient toujours un problème : impossible de réaliser une traduction, le système de points ne se fait pas correctement, impossible de régler les réductions au choix en pourcentage ou en euros... Il était même difficile de trouver une app avec points de fidélité et parrainage ensemble. L'application BON Loyalty Rowards & Referral réunit tout ce que je recherche en tous points ! De plus, le service client est adorable, très compétent et réalise un suivi personnalisé, sérieux et professionnel. Si je devais choisir une autre app, je serais réellement attristée de me séparer de celle-ci. Comme perspective d'évolution en vue d'améliorer l'application, je propose une upgrade pour que le client puisse avoir une visibilité du nombre de points qu'il a gagné par commande réalisée et ceux qu'il a actuellement de disponible au total dans son compte client. Aussi, ce serait chouette d'avoir la possibilité d'afficher le nombre de points qu'un client pourrait gagner sur la fiche d'un produit et même dans le panier, avant de réaliser l'achat. Dans tous les cas, merci infiniment pour cette app et je vous souhaite un très bel avenir !

I'm new to this app. I haven't had a chance to really use it yet but it seems to be easy to use. Daisy was great, helping me every step of the way. Customer service is everything to me and she definetly provided me with the best customer service experience.

The application is 100% configurable with your brand image, the support of 10 help you in everything and very fast, it's nice with a team like the ones in this 100% recommended application.

The app has been really intuitive to set up, and has done exactly as we had hoped with a new customer loyalty program. Plus, the tech support from Daisy and Emile was amazing. Any questions had were sorted out right away.

Fast customer service, Abbie was great he even gave an extra mile and suggested me a few things on my website which is a big help. Cheers will recommend it to other users.
