We use this app for a Refer a Friend program. It was pretty easy to customise to our brand colours and set up the program. We did have some help from a member of the support team - Daisey was super helpful and very patient. All set up and going and hopefully will work well in the future

I've only used this app for a few days and the app is simple to use and configure. Did have to contact support to help remove the "BON Banner" and Daisy was an excellent help. The best Support experience I've had with any app on Shopify.

I found this app whilst looking at a Shopify article and so far they have done me a massive favour. I have just set the app up, super easy and they lead you through in in the app, once set up it is very easy to change things that you want to before you launch, and then after it has launched as well. The on site widget is easy to change to your store colours as well, and you can position it where you like. I did have one question about whether if a customer bought something and then returned it, if their points earnt would automatically be removed, and they are, which is great for obvious reasons. I spoke with Daisy and she was lovely, really friendly and helpful and I got the feeling that moving forward nothing will be too much trouble for them and that new exiting things will be coming in the future. Based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation in recommending then to any Shopify store owner.

I am still trying this app but it looks very good. Especially the multilingual function. Very easy and beautiful UI design. Emile was so helpful and so great. She is one of the best support I have ever met. Thank you Emile and your Dev team.

I think this is the best loyalty or store credit app in shopify app store. I used many similar apps some of those are quite expensive but it's free. Much better than paid apps. I really recommend this app. Best customer service as well.

So far so good , simple to use got the basic stuff to get started . Hopping to grow and see more features such as rewards for leaving a comment on our website or tagging us on a post in social media . Overall very happy for now !
