I am really enjoying this app. It is very user friendly and easy to setup. I did have a few issues with removing the widget on the home page - but Anna was so quick to respond to my request. She was able to send me links and walk me through the changes I wanted to make.

The customer service is cool. I was talk with Anna and she is so nice. And I love the visuals of this application and best of all, this application is easy to use.

So far so good. Customer service from both Mia and Anna was excellent. They got my customers imported and loyalty page and widget up and running quickly. The app looks great and I think it will be much easier for customers to navigate than my previous program

First view minutes within the APP and the support already is amazing. Chelsea was super fast responding and super friendly. Cant wait to explore more of this app and see how much it will help us to increase our sales.

The application is very intuitive and easy to use, it has many essential features for my store. Not to mention that the support is very helpful, I had a very good experience with Cady, who was very helpful and resolved all my doubts.

I am extremely pleased with this rewards program app for Shopify. The support team is excellent and always attentive to my needs. I would especially like to thank Cady for her outstanding attention and assistance. Highly recommend this app!

Maxxie was very kind, quick to respond, and reflected requests more quickly! Very, very good.

Sophie and Maxxie were a great help in setting up the app. For reference, the app needs to be activated in the settings as well as the theme, a point I overlooked. However they quickly addressed this and helped me to remove the BON 'label'. Great support and looking forward to testing the APP, initial thoughts are the interface look clean.

The CS are really supportive. Tracy,who gave us first service, helped us a lot to make use of this great app. We will continue experiencing this app to see what amazing things gonna happen.

BON's costumer support is incredible! They were able to help me fix an issue with the widget visualization on my webiste and guide me through the set up process so i can start using the app. Overall, a great experience!

I think the best loyalties app for Shopify, you can customize all and they have integration with Klaviyo so the options are infinites, 10 points for the customer service too
