I had an extremely disappointing experience with BON's review app. I initially signed up to test their service but quickly realized it was not suitable for my business. Unfortunately, their ridiculously short 3-day trial was not enough time to properly evaluate the app, and I mistakenly overlooked the trial expiration. The moment the trial ended, I was automatically charged, without any clear refund policy in place. When I reached out to BON's support team to explain the situation and request a refund, they flat-out refused—even though I never actually used the service beyond the trial. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they just gave me a copy-paste explanation about Shopify handling charges and pushed a "special offer" as if I was still interested in using their app. This is a terrible way to treat customers, especially for an app that should be building trust and credibility. A good company would stand by their service and offer a refund if a customer finds the product unsuitable. Instead, BON chooses to trap users with a barely-there trial period and then refuses to accommodate reasonable refund requests. If you're considering this app, beware of their predatory billing practices. There are plenty of better review apps out there with fairer policies and better customer service. Stay away unless you want to risk being charged for something you don’t want! ❌ Hi Linenly, First and foremost, we deeply apologize for the frustration this experience has caused you. Please know that we never intended to impose any solution that didn’t meet your needs. We kindly asked for your opinion at the end of the previous email to work with you on finding a resolution that does if you were not satisfied with the offered one. Changing my review, I think the app is ok and customer service is good. However, there are little things that the apps lack and it has the wrong format, instead of trying to improve it, they want to charge it. I already paid one thing for a change that was obvious they should have, when i asked to give the option to send emails to the clients on certain points earnings instead of sending an email for everything (this is so spammy), they wanted to charge me again Probably will look for a better app in the future.
