This is an app I like very much, the support team is very good, but my website is running very slowly. After installation, my website speed dropped by 9 points. It was stuck and slow. The interface is very friendly, but I had to delete it.

I am still exploring the app. However, for a start it's very easy to use and setup. Its very helpful to with step-by-step guide. Cady is also very supportive in assisting as customer support <3

Customer service was very helpful with helping me get my app set up on my website. The app looks great and is working well with my customers!

the support system at BON is amazing. There are certain benefits that are locked and when you got curious about it and click, it will force chat with a support online. I must admit that it was quite intimidating to force chat with someone but it give you the opportunity to know the team behind this system and I have no complains! They were really prompt in your needs. Hopefully this will be the reward system that I will stick to for years to come!

I had really high hopes for this app. It was perfect but as soon as I finished setting everything up, it stopped working.

Woow, I don't know where to start from... The app is really amazing. It has everything I need and the customer service is great. I had questions and they helped me so fast. Daisy was soo friendly and easy to work with. The app is so customer friendly also. I highly recommend and I'm sure you'll be happy with what you'll have. I love this app so far. Even though I am new to the app. I love the set-up and all of the features thus far. Emile was so sweet and understanding. Emile went above and beyond. Emile really was a big help to me on many occasions over the several days I needed support in setting up the app. I am really loving this rewards app. It offers many great options to choose from for your customers. You are able to customize your rewards and your banner. If you are looking for a rewards program for your customers, this is the one for you! It is wonderful to have chat support with an agent available right within the app, thank you Emile for being prompt with answering my questions and assisting with the removal of the banner brand and activation of advanced features.

I find this app really easy to use. Customer support is also excellent. The features offered on what is currently the free app are almost everything I currently want. I love that I can customise the look of the emails for free. It would be good to be able to offer rewards to customers for leaving a review. However, when I realised I could give a discount code for leaving a review via the Judge Me app I felt it wasn't essential to have it in my rewards program as well (though it would be nice). Thank you BON I am very happy so far.

I am changing my rating. I was slightly suspicious when I kept getting the "we are a new app, if you could rate us and mention me that would really help alot" It works look how many 5 star ratings they have. now look at the dates. they are all new. I suddenly became very suspicious when I got a scripted answer that was obviously meant to give a bogus answer that sounded legit. the fact that the app does a lot and seems to be very, very robust in features but still Free and when you ask more in depth questions you get more vague answers that don't actually answer anything scared me off. I uninstalled before any of my clients got a chance to enter their data.
