Amazing royalty app. Unfortunately it's missing the reviews side, but everything else is perfect. Highly customizable as well.

I absolutely love this app! It's more promising and way easier to use than the others I've tried. Emile helped me with so much and she was AMAZING! She was very kind, patient, and genuine <3 She made sure all my questions were answered and exceeded my expectations. Definitely the best support I've had in all the time of using Shopify. It is very easy to use! But, recently, I’m having problems with points not being updated. I contacted them about it and their customer support is quick and great! But, it happened twice already.. I hope it won’t keep happening again :(

This app is excellent for keeping track of loyalty Rewards! Adding new rewards is easy & being able to customize my widget button is pretty awesome.

I am still testing the app but the experience has been great. The support team is responsive, special shout out to 'Cara' and 'Emile' for their help. The app is intuitive and straightforward. I look forward to what is to come.

I love this app, it has what I want to do with my website earn points, redeems, referrals, and even VIP tiers, oh they are just online alsway ready to help that was so sweet and kind, highly recommended.

After trying out different Rewards Apps for the last three years of our business, we landed on BON and haven't looked back. The features we get are on par with other very expensive apps up there. Customer support is very fast too and answered all our questions immediately. Would happily recommend and I can't see us changing to an alternative rewards app for a long while.

Super easy to set up but won't let me do anything from mobile device. Have to set it up and maintain it from laptop. On the customer side, they also can't sign up or sign in to my reward program from a mobile device. Just a blank white screen. Works fine from a laptop though. Clearly in need of a lot of development. Otherwise a great app, easy to use and fun to customize.

So far, so good! Fairly easy to set up with clear instructions. I look forward to offering this to my customers!
