Just started using this app but so far the customer service is exceptional! I didn't read the onboarding directions before I completed the onboarding and needed some assistance. When I reached out I worked with Genie and was assisted in setting up my widget super easy and straight forward. Would recommend to others to try this app customer service is there for you!! I'm still getting to know the application. The first impression is very good. I needed support and I was really grateful for Maxxie's support. I felt like I wasn't alone and that I had someone friendly to help me.

So far it's great! It was easy to set up and install. I had a few questions and Genie was great at answering them and getting back to me quickly - even on a Sunday morning!

So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!

My customers love the ability to earn rewards for their purchases. I recently ran into the first issue I've had with the app after a year when I integrated my shopify store with my tiktok shop. I contacted customer support and while unable to immediately resolve the issue, Anna's attention to detail and desire to understand what was going on, left me feeling like there would be a resolution to the problem soon. I recommend this app.

We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition. BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works. It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience. The support team is always responsive. They where super helpful with transitioning all the customer data and points balances from our previous app and where able to complete a few customisation requests to get it to perfectly fit our needs. Highly recommended.

Chelsea and Anna were great! They were very prompt and provided all the help I needed. Loving the app so far and recommend to anyone who's looking for a reward program for their online store. Navigation is easy and the layout is beautiful.

Just getting started on it and I requested some things not readily available to be installed/setup, Maxxie was quick to help and they're making it happen how I wanted it despite it not being an actual option to do on my end. Very good customer service!
