rony was good with helping me set up app to my site and patient ...he very quickly and effectively got me up and running!

Just started using this app, Nir and Harpreet were very helpful in helping me set up the shop and adding pages to help me understand how to use the memberships app. I Definitely recommend getting the app and talking to these two as they are very nice and patient.

The help is wonderful! I got stuck on a few things last week and had someone help me through live chat and then again today I had GURI help me. Thank you for your quick help so that I can continue to push my business forward and not waste time! (edited few days after orig. post: GURI helped me again! I needed some coding help and voila its done. It would have taken me a month to figure out myself haha. Great job, thank you!)

Thank you. After hours, I was able to communicate with both Nir and Esha. They were very helpful with helping me understand the membership page building process. On a separate note, once I downloaded the APP, I did not know how to load the liquid files, they did it for me. Very helpful. I had a few growing pains with this app, but every time either the issue gets resolved or I at least get a speedy response. Most recent time Rifat helped me understand i was using the wrong widget.....easy fix!

Fast responsive, friendly, and quite painless communications. BOLD development team was able to quickly custom install both BOLD apps for my Shopify site. I am as yet to try out the functionality of the apps but so far, 5 stars on customer supports!

Fantastic App. I have installed it for site membership access and its cool. The support is great. Had a problem couldn't complete the liquid install but their response was fast. Got it solved quick. One area of improvement I would be happy to see is they should add more payment gateways integration apart from Paypal and Stripe. Not all countries are covered by Stripe you know.. Thanks team DM

This is a great app that covers the basics for running a membership/subscription service. The app itself is easy to navigate and user friendly. Personally I would like if there were some more features with it, for example, fixed end date free trials, additional email notifications like when someone cancels a membership, an option to prorate if you want. That being said, the app gets the job done, and the customer service is the best I have received, they are knowledgeable and very friendly. Brenden is hands down the best on the customer support team! Of all the membership/subscription apps this is the best bang for you buck.

Overall happy and will use again. Installation: 5/5 easy (requires some knowledge of code) if you need help they get it done quickly for you! App interface: 4.5/5 easy to use (missing a couple key features, but they have a workaround for most) Customer Support: 4/5 They do not answer the phone! I would give 3 stars for this , but the saving grace was very friendly help through email and chat. (5/5 response time by email/chat) Other: Our template also used jquery that they didn't support, and they fixed it for us. I'm very pleased they took care of this for us :)

Don't fall into the description trap this app says. You install the app and Step 5 (Subscription boxes) aren't listed. When I emailed support I was informed they no longer have a subscription box option in the app. They bait and switch. They tell me their Recurring Orders app has this feature. I don't need the option for customers to build their own subscription box. The whole point of going with this app was for the subscription box feature that is planned on our business side and not for the customer to build a monthly box with items they want. The recurring orders app charges a 1% feee for each box also.

I've had some real problems getting the welcome emails to go out to new members but have just spoken to Pratiba on chat and she was so helpful! If they can get this sorted I would highly recommend the app.

Really good app so far! The customer service is amazing. I had a LOT of questions and they helped me through everything. They walked me through all my questions, and even added some coding to a part of my store I was having problems with. I also use the member pricing app, and they helped me to connect the two and always responded the same day and were super nice to help me with everything I needed.
