Thank you for helping with installation! This is my 1st store so I have a lot to learn but your responses are so fast and helpful that I have no doubt it will be a great success. Love the app too! So far it has everything I need at the moment.

Brendin was a huge help for us in a last minute pinch! It took a few phone calls and emails but once Brendin came into the loop it was resolved easily and quickly. He also gave us suggestions that we are excited to follow up on. Overall .. great experience!

It does not work! Completely nonsense! Definitely a crap! It's just ridiculous ...

Overall good, I just wish you had the option to charge a one registration fee for memberships. Seems like a given but I was told I would have to pay the custom developer for such a thing.

Bold has done a great job in assisting me in technical issues. They're very quick to respond (usually within in a couple of hours during their business hours) and quick to resolve an issue. I've reached out multiple times on different issues and they've always quickly responded. It took a bit longer than I would of hoped for on one technical issue, but the issue seemed to be pretty involved on their end, they ensured my store was still functional during that time, and ultimately the issue was completely resolved. Corey has been my main contact within Bold and he has done a wonderful job addressing my issues and concerns.

this is exactly what we needed to manage our VIP service clientele. This has been very easy to set up and the Bold team has been very helpful.

Was having a lot of trouble with the html coding and getting things done. When you own several companies, you have a ton of projects so it's extremely beneficial if I can knock things out on the spot rather than waiting a week for support tickets. I hopped on chat and Corey went the extra mile and really saved the day for me. Now I can continue with my projects and get everything done so I can serve my own customers more efficiently! The problem for him is that now when I need help, I'm bothering him!

There aren't enough words to describe how thankful I am for this app and for Corey in customer support. He answered all my questions and made the learning process so easy! Great app! Great service!

App does what we want it to do.

The interface is very easy to use and they have great customer service.

I booked a section for phone help. It past 30 minutes, and no one called and no update either. After several phone and email attemp to them, another agent called in about 1 hr later. It turns out the original agent had an urgent and left the office early. I am happy with the fix but still think a good support team should do better. As matter of fact, Shopify's support is alway great. The app looks good though.

So far, I am loving this app! I am using it for collecting donations actually. I feel this app fits my needs better than any other donation app. It has a very professional look and feel and the support team at Bold has been there every step of the way. Thanks for such a great app!

Great customer service from Corey - very fast responses. This app would be great for the basic membership type service, however we needed something more robust and customizable. It was lacking key features that we needed like the ability to customize the membership start and end dates, customize on an individual member level what they can see or can't see, no way to delay the capture of payment, and not enough design control. After some quick research I found that Stripe and Paypal do support "authorization & capture" so it might be possible to do at a gateway level, but not at the app level.

Usually I love all of your app's but this one I keep getting customers telling me that it locks up after hitting pay when using there mobile phone or tablet to signup. When I sent you email I was told this is a known problem. If this is the case why does it not get fixed. Most people use mobile products for there web access now. I am finding this very limiting and will have to look for alternatives if it does not get fixed

I would definitely recommend this app. I'm in the process of setting up a craft newsletter to be delivered on a membership basis. The Support team was wonderful in helping to set up the store, and very responsive. Easy to add plans into my store pages. This app was critical in helping to get everything up an going!

Great app! The support team was very helpful installing the code, and they even corrected the front end view where some CSS wasn't right! Highly recommended!
