I'm using one of their apps, and only one, the discount app. I've tried this new bundles app, and the install has been an absolute disaster. I like the suite of apps that they have, but it's hard for me to recommend this company based on the challenges I've faced with correct and timely response and interaction to my issues--I've had errors show up in real time, and they don't treat that with any type of urgency. My trust level with them is pretty much shot. So, caveat emptor. I've tried to like using their apps, but it just ain't working for me.

Very good app. We really like it. Has helped us increase our sales significantly. We use it together with other Bold apps to have a complete marketing solution. Thank you.

This app is awful. We were hoping to get a lot out of this, but we've been let down numerous times. Definitely not worth it for us and the multiple uses we have tried to use it for. It actually was the result of our shop going totally blank one day and resulted in significant losses in revenue. I would stay far away from this app.

We had an issue with our Product Bundles (which was our error). Bold were very helpful. Due to the complication of the issue Bold fixed it for us, we are very grateful. Nice to get some good service.

Crap app have to pay and then install yourself. Pay extra and they will do it for you. Are you stupid.

So far the guys at Bold have been great. The app with a little customisation should give us everything we need at a good price. Can't fault the support, thanks!

Bold support was really great when a slight glitch arose with some old code on my site. Fixed it right up to have this app working like new.

Since using bold apps we've noticed quite a few people tending to take the bundled savings , So it's a mainstay staple for our online shop :) We "BOLDLY" recommend it

Amazingly simple to use. I wasn't thrilled with the font size in the final discount button and they fixed it for me, pronto. Diligent follow through, for sure.

I installed the app figuring it would lead to a few extra sales. I was pleasantly when the majority of my sales came from bundled purchases. All I can say is that it simply works. You have nothing to lose with the 3 month trial going on right now. The only downside is that the app is very time consuming to install. I'm fairly proficient with coding so was able to do it myself but I'd probably recommend paying Bold to install for you if you're time crunched or unfamiliar with working in your html theme editor.

Well, I can't seem to get any support on this app. I've sent multiple emails trying to get my issue resolved so I can even make use of the app!!!!!! Kinda upset

It does what it says it does in a very limited way. I'll note the limitations: Products and collections can only be in one bundle Duplicates all variants of a product - so anything with over 50 variants give you error messages sent to your email every few minutes for being over the 100 variant limit Cannot show a bundle as an individual item Products with different prices can only have a % discount applied to them, not an amount ALL products in the bundle must have the same % take off Overall, it's just way too many limitations to justify spending extra money on for us. Over our 3 month trial we got 1 bundle sale - and that's on a volume of 250-300 orders/month. And finally, this is a major annoyance to me and I'll take the blame for myself but want to warn others... there's no way of seeing when you installed the app, so KEEP TRACK or the 90th day will bring a surprise charge!
