This is such a cool app. I think it really adds to my store for people to be able to select a free gift. It works great! Easy to design and use. Love it!

this app is terrible. I wanted to try it out but they only offer 24 HRS free trial!!! who does that?! all apps offer at least a 7-day trial.

I used this app to increase the value of my offer. It really has helped me push my customers over the edge on the decision to purchase from my business. It is aesthetically perfect for my site and works flawlessly! I love it! If you're looking to increase the value your business has to offer I would highly recommend this app.

App works as advertised and the customer and technical support has been excellent. Only giving 4 stars because the default styling of the gift widget is pretty ugly and I had to do a fair amount of css to make it look acceptable, however it is nice that the style is customizable if you know CSS. Also, if you add a new product to your store that you want to qualify for triggering an offer, the app doesn't auto sync it.

It works great and the customer support is also great. There were a few bugs in the beginning but they were all sorted out within minutes. Brian replies fast and is extremely helpful whenever a problem arises.

Works very well and customer service is attentive and helpful. Have had no problems and is easier to set up than other gifting apps.

Don't do it! Terrible customer support and non existante technical service. This is a joke, I had to wait 3 days and no help whatsoever! I am deleting this app and never going to do business with them ever again.

This is quite an awesome app, especially so when the tech team is highly responsive, allowing most of the app to be customisable to your specific needs. Louis Tong was incredible - thank you for all your help and lightning speed response and efficiency. It worked great for my store. Thanks guys!

Fantastic support! We did a few testings with FreeGift and love the flexibility of app, most importantly the support given is one of the best we have had. Even though eventually we didn't go with it (due to differing requirement), would definitely recommend them to anyone - your store is in good hand!

First, it was a bit hard to install, but Peter (from Secomapp) was really support and friendly by installing it for our store. Now, everything working great! Highly recommend

The free gift app was the basis for our BFCM promotion. The support form the Secomapp team was great and the app easy to use. In the end we could set up our campaign in a very short time frame and without any problems. Compliment!
