I have been using BOGOS for a few days. This app is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. Anne and Brian were very helpful and accommodating! They helped me to set my offer. They tested it and answered all my questions! They do the work of a full-time employee for you!

5 star app and support. This was the perfect solution to offer a free product with purchase without the use of coupon code and without making the customer add the product themselves. Set up is intuitive and if you need any help or additional support their support team is proactively there to help you and make sure you have a seamless set up and that customizations are fit to your needs. Shoutout to Mina and Harry for quick, kind, and effective service!

I recently started using this fantastic app, and I just have to share how awesome it is. The support team is not only extremely helpful but also super responsive. They even went the extra mile to create a special offer for me. What sets this app apart is that it allows you to do more than any other Cart Upsell app I've tried before. Unlike my previous experience with a cart drawer app that used Shopify's Draft order API and caused issues with my other apps, this BOGO app works seamlessly. It has some fantastic features, like URL parameter conditions, which we've seamlessly integrated into our email marketing campaigns. We use special links that trigger exclusive offers, and it's just incredible. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this app, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their Shopify store. For anyone who is looking to set up a buy X get Y promotion this is a great option. I was looking to send up a spend X get a free gift card automatically emailed to customer and this app made it possible. I needed some help and their support team guided me through.

This app allows me to have tiered and overlapping BOGOs. With their support, I got up and running in no time!

Been looking for an app that could do a BOGO - automatically, ie buy 1, get 2. I looked at apps for ages and most wanted you to manually link everything 1 by 1. This was the 3rd app I tested. Two things: 1, it has the functionality I wanted out of the box. 2, it didn't quite because I needed more products (at the time they had a max of 50). But - jumped in chat, they were there, and sussed it all in the backend. Launched a massive sale the same day I installed app. Nice features: automatic buy one get two, upload custom 'sale icon' images, and David.

Very helpful support team when I have difficulties. This is the only app that satisfy our needs for free gift set up!
