I wasn't able to execute the free gift experience that I wanted, and when I requested specific help regarding the deal I wanted to build, the person helping me responded with generic information and created a generic deal rather than assist me on what I was asking for help with. Probably useful for very simple deals, but I deleted the app and wasn't able to use it for my deal. Not my favorite.

Really love the app, i've tried many other apps and they didn't offer the features that i needed, Free Gifts app has all of the features for any kind of offer. It will add and remove a product from the cart automatically when the conditions are met. Great support, fast responce. And they installed all of the offers that i needed for me. Highly recommend!

HUGE! disappointment. After installing it this app creates duplicates of your variations. I wouldn't have any problem with that since I was assuming that uninstalling it would change everything how it was before. Wrong...It leaves all the products 100% or 50%. Thanks to it we lost $695. Very, very disappointing. Stay away!

These guys are great, we had an issue with using recharge subscription app and they use hidden products for the way they work and Secomapp could not work with them. I expressed my concern and in 4 days they made a fix that we suggested, thats service. They really stand behind there app and customer service is spot on.

THIS APP WILL SERIOUSLY MESS UP YOUR STORE - INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK *** in addition to making quite a lot of changes to your theme files, this app will also creates and duplicates ALL your VARIATIONS!!! Yes, for every product!! And then when you uninstall it - it leaves all that mess behind!!! I don't know how in the world these guys are allowed to have any apps on Shopify!! It took me almost 3 hours to reverse all the changes and I did using a backup of my theme. I'd be seriously screwed if not for this backup. *** STAY AWAY ***

The app needs to be chosen for your successful store.

This app messed up our store twice. There are a lot of options but each option we wanted to add caused problems. This app asks for extensive help from the developer and a lot of things went wrong in our case. It took a lot of emailing to get things sorted out. The installation took quite some time and some last minute stress the evening before Black Friday. After they installed this app, the featured image of our products was replaced by the second picture in our product pages which is the backside of our products. The support is quite okay though.

Lovely app - looks really good and clean, has many options when it comes to giveaways and works well too. Dev team is on top of everything and ready to assist.
