It's good for me, the function & campaign template is clear, some of the customised setting the technical team also attend for me and fix it for me.

Correct and fast customer service, well-functioning pricing features that seem appealing at first glance, and I like that you only have to pay based on usage when you use the app.

SImple yet effective app with great support. At first the app seems to mirror the Shopify discount section features. One distinct feature of this app is that if you want to be able to provide a product Y as free gift when product X is added to the cart, in Shopify alone, both the products X & Y would have to be selected and 100% is then applied to product Y. With BOGO+, product Y is assigned in the app so only product X is required to be added to the cart for product Y to automatically be added too. A simple but necessary shortcut. There is an option in the campaign to limit showing it to certain customers if a Shopify Tag is selected against those customers. The drawback of this feature is that it is not really useful on its own. The app also needs the feature added that adds a Tag to the customer AFTER a successful purchase via the campaign so that this tag is then used when the customer is returning, to perhaps incorrectly take advantage of the campaign that might have been set up as a one-time Free gift offer to every customer. The creation of the feature to add a Tag of your choice on purchase to the customer would then restrict the campaign being shown a second time to the same customers (if required). Great all in one app with very responsive and helpful customer service. Initially app didn't work but they helped get it going in no time.

App fits my needs and the service by the team is excellent very fast in resolving the issue I face. Would suggest one thing , is that the pop up promo offer to also appear for those that click the "Buy Now" button as well with the "Add to Cart" button if not sometimes customer might not be aware. Honestly, this app is just what I needed it to be, and even a little more. If you wanna run some sort of free gift type of giveaway, I can't imagine another app being easier than this, and/or more feature rich. And it looks good on the shop! The bonus for me was that it comes with a banner promotion feature, which can say anything you want. Also, I like that the pricing is based on the size of your store, but I also have no idea how much I paid for it yet. I'm sure it's worth it though :)

So far, so good. It's easy to use and helped me add the free gift option to my website. So I am very pleased with the outcome thus far. I also like that they have a free price plan option (revenue based) for smaller businesses like mine. All those app add-ons really add up! I haven't tried the other features yet, but I certainly plan on it. Especially the flash sale feature.

Definitely the best BOGO & Gift App I've found, that helps to drive more sales to our store. It was easy to set-up, has a nice and responsive design and gives us a gazillion possibilities for promotions. Also the support is super fast and efficient.
